Absolutely unacceptable. Worst Subway order I’ve ever experienced.

We spent $100 on DoorDash for Subway and somehow they managed to get 5 out of 6 sandwiches completely wrong. Not “slightly off.” Not “missing a topping.” Completely butchered.

We ordered:

BMT

Spicy Italian

TWO Five Meat Italians

BLT

Roast Beef

Only the roast beef was correct. One sandwich. Out of six.

Every other sandwich had the wrong bread, wrong toppings, and incorrect builds — like the order ticket was ignored entirely. A BMT and Spicy Italian being wrong is especially impressive considering they’re literally Subway staples. The Five Meat Italians? Also wrong. The BLT? Wrong. At this point it felt intentional.

This wasn’t a “busy night” mistake — this was pure carelessness. If you’re charging $100 for sandwiches, the absolute bare minimum is reading the order. Instead, we got a pile of random subs that nobody asked for.

Completely ruined the meal, wasted money, and wasted time. I would be embarrassed to send food out like this. Do not order from this location unless you enjoy surprises and disappointment.

Zero attention to detail. Zero accountability. Never again.

I’ll be surprised if you’re open in 6 months. How hard is it to check your order counter and let your help know a customer is waiting. One employee was more engaged interviewing a potential hire rather than tell the back staff I was waiting. After standing there for minimum 3 minutes or even an acknowledgement I left the premise. Good service is hard to find and good help even harder. Subway needs to focus more on the five foot rule with customers and less on the price of their 5-7 dollar foot longs.A simple hello we’ll be right with you would be nice even from the the person conducting an interview but that would have required a 5 second interruption with her candidate. If your goal is poor customer service you’ve got the right people working for you. Is it any wonder why Subway is going out of business and why many locations are closing or will soon?

I like subway, but they seem to you often be overpriced. So I’d go there only if they have like a good deal or you have some coupons to use there. The food is pretty decent. I do like being able to see all the fresh ingredients and being able to add additional toppings for free usually.

often there’s not usually a way at at this location and my wife and I like to eat here for traveling.

I’m not sure if it’s the best place for kids, but they do have kids meals with kids toys there and I do like to try different sandwiches. Sometimes their chickens always great or their meatball or or beef related sandwiches and they I’m not sure if they still have their veggie sandwiches, but they’re veggie patties. I actually really good and I usually order the chicken when I am there.

Usually and I’m traveling. I like to stop at Walmart to like a cheap little salad. But since it’s Walmart is close by where the subway is close by I’d recommend like a stopping in then getting a footlong there whatever one they have a deal with and if you’re traveling with like a significant other splitting a footlong is a pretty cost-effective measure and it’s taste good enough to make everyone happy usually.

The only like negative care says I’m as it seems like at most Subways you can tell to put a little bit of sauce on or you can tell him put a lot of sauce on or a lot of lot sauce or just a little bit or normal and they all put the same amount of sauce on it. Took the don’t even listen to a word that you’re saying when it comes to Sauce when you just say just a little bit just enough to like get it taste not not drenching it in sauce, but they always drench it in sauce, which I like sometimes but if you’re on a die, and you will really have to to drill it in them just a little bit like almost nothing just barely enough to touch it. Not not soaking it like they usually do and sauce. But other than that things are pretty decent. The services is fine. The workers are kind of average mediocre but they’re friendly usually.

Just had one of the best quick bites at this Subway, and I’m genuinely impressed. The staff welcomed me like an old friend, and they totally nailed my sandwich order down to the last detail. Shoutout to Sarah behind the counter; she recommended the sweet onion sauce, and wow, it was a game changer. The place was spotless, the veggies were crisp, and they didn’t skimp on the toppings. If you’re looking for a reliable sub spot that gets it right every time, this is the one. Five stars, no question

Nice location! Very clean and the staff was awesome. There was a busy lunch rush and the two workers handled it smoothly and politely. Try the garlic herb oil – so yummy! My sandwich was the Subway Melt with all the veggies. Yum.

Didn’t have to good of an experience at this location today 🙁 I used to love this subway. I ordered my mom a salad, and this is what we got. How is that a salad? There was no lettuce or dressing. I also did not receive my chips, and the staff was rude about it when I told her. I ordered for curbside pickup online as well, and nobody brought me my order so I had to walk inside and I just had surgery a few days ago. Pretty dissatisfied

This is not my usual Subway, but I had a good experience yesterday and wanted to share! The girl who helped me, Keely I think, was so sweet. She did her job well and my order was perfect. But she was also just upbeat and nice, even though she seemed like she was doing everything while the other girls were just chitchatting and doing nothing. Maybe Keely is the manager? Either way. She was great!!

Food was great BUT the guy working ( a bigger guy with a beard) seemed like he was put out to make us 4 sandwiches !! Now being a executive chef ( trained and worked in some 5 star restaurants ) one thing you need is customer service and this guy had none !! If i was the owner i would fire him on the spot !! The other employee was great i wish they would wear name tags because he deserves recognition !!

Came in and was served by Dylan and Melina (not sure if that’s how her name is spelt.) But came In close to closing time cause we had a busy day eitherway they were really friendly, didn’t give us any hassle over coming in close to closing time, and just overall good customer service.
