We went today to eat to subway and i recive the best service ever the 2 girls were there they give us the best service.

Ordered foot long nachos with double chicken, 2 scoops. I arrived early. Had to correct the delicatessen for putting steak on it, and he only put one scoop of chicken after making the correction. Figured that might just be what they’re trained on, but weird how he’d go for a double scoop on the steak as I corrected him, and only do a single scoop when I call out the error… Not a big deal, he couldn’t seem to hear. Plus the nachos are gimmicky, whatever. My main issue is that the guy making my food was ignoring my questions about using the app better in the future and eventually slopping my sandwich with sauce when I asked for a little extra. I didn’t call him out then and there bc the food was paid for and I was on lunch break. But that dude needs to check his attitude — I’ve worked in fast food, I know it’s an occupation that has a negative impact on mood for the most part — but it’s weird to act inconvenienced by an order. Asked the dude, “Is there anything I can do on the app to make this more convenient cos I don’t wanna inconvenience you with a bunch of additional requests in store” and he said “No. There’s no way.” Either it’s an attitude problem with him or a problem with the app. But he made it unpleasant, which was entirely in his control. Not the worst service I’ve gotten, but definitely the worst I’ve gotten in this area. It’s a shame to cross this off my list of lunch-break go-tos. Used to be better before this wave of new employees

I made an online order and ordered a wrap. But they didn’t even make a full wrap, it was half empty tortilla and the actual food was only like 3 bites. 🙁 After tip it was like $12. Wish I didn’t tip.

So failed to tell me the bread is now less then half of what it was. I also asked if my churro was in the bag. Instead of asking they just sent me cookies we won’t eat. The sandwich was so dry. I haven’t been for awhile but for sure don’t go to this subway any other is better.

George and Camilo at Subway were so great! The bread was super soft and they loaded up the sandwiches.
My dad is hard of hearing and they both were very patient, kind and respectful with him. They treated my dad the way people used to treat their elders back in the 1950s. This is the place that baby boomers should go when they want Subway Sandwitches. This is the place to take your family. It was very clean here, well maintained everything was fresh and it just felt better there.

Save your time don’t go to 12th St., Ogden Subway®, where the Cine point 6 was

This subway does not follow Subway rules for their employees and apparently it’s just recently under new ownership that could be the reason why when I was there they did not input my coupon correctly and tried to overcharge me and I tried to explain to them that I go to a different location And they always charge it this way I get coupons through the mail even before the coupon issue he tried to rush me the manager through the vegetable section and tried to get my payment upfront, and I thought that maybe Subway had changed the system. I kind of felt rushed as the customer I will not be coming back to this location. You’re supposed to help the customer out with the toppings and then charge them instead of rushing them. I explained to them how I feel like I’m being charged wrong and to contact the other locations to fix the matter didn’t purchase a sandwich went to my regular location helped me amazingly an input of the coupon correctly. And did an amazing location shout out to the north Ogden subway
