Wow…was greeted as soon as I walked in. The staff member helping me out was friendly and enjoyable to talk with as he made my sandwich. Love the cleanliness of the insides. He made my sandwich to perfection. Love the snap of fresh lettuce.

Went last night to get some sandwiches. The hours on the door say 9 and I was there at 8:45. The doors were already locked and the 2 boys working just sat there looking at me. Such crap. If you’re open until 9 then your doors should be open until 9. I was getting food to go not eating there.

The worst experience ever. Ordered online through the app and went to go pick it up. I had to wait in line for about 10 minutes just to ask for my order. The employee said it was “over there” and gestured to a nearby bread cart by the door. I thought it was weird that they didn’t hand me my order, but I picked it up and drove home anyways.
I opened the bag only to be greeted with what was my “sandwich”. It was just thrown into the bag with everything falling out of it. I had to slide it out on to a plate to even eat it. For reference, since you can’t tell by the picture, it was a chicken bacon ranch sub.
I’m very disappointed with both the service and the sandwich and I can’t believe I paid money for this. I’ve never had a great experience with this location in the past, but this takes the cake.

Update, decided to give another try and that was a mistake, ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap and it was just cheese and veggies, they didn’t put chicken or bacon in it.

The team working on 11 June was amazing! Fernando was so sweet with our kids letting them order their own sandwiches and helped them feel confident. Great job to this team for being fast but also kind.

The owners really need to get their employees to clean the toilets. They were disgusting in both bathrooms. Makes you wonder how clean their kitchen is, and totally ruined my appetite. My husband didn’t finish his sandwich either, as he said the cheese tasted “off”. Avoid this Subway!!

So I went today to get some sandwiches because Subway is awesome but that wasn’t the case today I started off my order and asked for a spicy Italian and you didn’t even know what that was and then when I gave him a code to use he said he didn’t know how to and it wasn’t possible without a scanner and then I asked when the manager would be back and they said that they don’t know there’s only two of them working I normally wouldn’t post stuff like this but this was kind of ridiculous it didn’t know when their manager would be back.
