I am the last guy to complain but I work across the street and have frequented this location a number of times but I am done with this location. Over and over, the bread is stale and very dry. I have messaged the owner and he stated he would address this but I went in the other day thinking is would be different – it was just as bad as before. I have spent a lot of money only to get a dry sandwich. The customer service needs work as well. I will be contacting Subway corporate.

July 3 I order subway hamm swiss when urber delivered to me the sandwich was wrong so few day later I went in were I order from Diana and Anna was soooo awesome great treated me so nice Dianna made me a sandwich was so great and Anna was so funny and she very professional and she has good attitude so Diana I recommend see those girl’s they are so cute and funny Soo good customer service and they are best in town I thank them and I feel like home they treated me Soo good I can’t ask anymore these girls made Best sandwich I don’t like Jersey Mike’s and Jimmy johns they are worse sandwiches I will not ever buy any those two only subway best and those girls Soo awesome thank you have good day. Subway is one of my favs the employees are always kind, courteous and patient with me because there’s a large selection of meats, cheese, veggies and toppings some times I just can’t decide what I want. The place has always been clean when I have gone there. I would be glad to recommend Subway to anyone looking for a good sandwich for a good price.

I really like this Subway there are a few people there that are disabled and some a’re older and they do a wonderful job nothing holds them back from accomplishing what they need to accomplish I think that’s really nice. one time I had my little Subway cards orange but after I ordered a foot long and I was trying to get it to work and I said it’s declined and I had had a blanket and everything on my wheelchair and a big floppy hat so I may have looked homeless at the time the young man working there he wears glasses he may be about 25 or 26 he said don’t worry and he opened his wallet and I thought he was going to scan the Subway card orange one so I can get my discount know he didn’t do that he outright paid for my food he thought I couldn’t afford it I said oh no I’m so sorry it just meant the orange card he was don’t worry it’s all right well when I told my son what he had done for me there was a young woman there maybe twenty-three and she was so rude to me and my son and she had said a can help you with start telling her what we wanted and then she just turned it back on us just started doing other things that kept us waiting so now we use me yes how can I help you she had already asked us at and kept us waiting just totally ignored us and so my son start trying to tell her what he wanted on the sandwich and she kept snapping I can’t hear you every chance this woman got she was snotty so it was just an uncomfortable feeling that way we’re treated to the whole time about her sandwiches and so we got up to the front and i said Son this is the man who helped me that day and paid for my food my son told him brother thank you I always got my moms back now I know you do too thank you and I’m not sure if he gave him a $20 bill or a $50 bill. my son is such a kind-hearted person that he always appreciates how people treat his mother kindly and treat him kindly and the girl was standing right next to that young man when my son gave him the money and you should have seen her face it pays to be kind to people I hope she learned that lesson. It is my favorite Subway.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this one. The employees here have no customer service. I’ve been going to this one for YEARS!!! So I walk in today, I hear out of the older woman’s mouth “oh him” before she turns around and says welcome to subway, I comfort her about it and she wants to deny it, yet I heard her and she wants to lie to my face. This is the WORST ONE TO EVER GO TO!! This is how you treat your regular customers then I don’t know what your service training is doing. LOST MY BUSINESS FOR LIFE!

The staff here was amazing. My daughter dropped her sandwich and was so sad and embarassed. They remade it for her and made it seem like no big deal, and didn’t even charge us for the second one. Highly recommend
