It was amazing. The toaster worked perfectly my sandwich was layered and portioned correctly. Raiden, the guy that made the sandwich, was so kind and made it perfectly. He didn’t just throw the ingredients on a footlong piece of bread. Other Subway locations could learn something from this.

I order a drink and opened it up to put it in my insulated mug and noticed mold in my ice. Mold IN my ice. If I hadn’t opened the lid or had a dark cola drink I could have had that big piece of mold melt and drink it. How many others have filled their drink with moldy ice?
Update- I called corporate headquarters to make sure someone followed up and the response I got was “They have it on the schedule to clean the ice maker sometime next week.” What?!? Next week? How many people will be using that ice?

First time here. Super clean store and restroom. Very friendly employees to help me out. Had a Turkey Swiss on Italian herb and cheese. With two cookies. Make fresh with just what I wanted in it. Tasted Great

Not only has the quality of service declined but so has the quality of the food at this particular location. When you add all of this together and couple it with the employees trying to shove their own political agenda down your throat, you end up at Old Grist Mill across the way.

We placed our order online. It took over an hour from the time the order was placed to get the order done (It was three sandwiches). The kids working there were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They also don’t bother to change their gloves between taking someone’s dirty (literally) money and making the next customer’s order. This location has gibe downhill dramatically in the past several months.

Phone and Online orders get preference, no matter how many are inside waiting to order. No matter how long you have waited. I was 2nd in line to order. Print out of app order came in. Manager ripped it off and started making those 3 footlongs. Pushing us all aside. BS!!
