I order a BMT WRAP and there was a long hair in the sliced meat after a had a bite. I went to the counter and he apologized over and over. He asked if he could replace it with another one. I turned it down. I didn’t want another one with hair. Please Gail Duncan have them use a hair nets. 3/9/26

I live 1/4 mile away and tried to use the coupon I got in the mail. Was told “the owner doesn’t let us take any coupons that corporate sends out”
Besides that, the employees were extremely rude and acted like me ordering a sandwich was a huge burden on them.
Absolute worst subway I have ever been to and I have eaten at subways in probably 20 different states across the country

This Subway is supposed to be open until 9:00, but by 8:30 they already shut down the soda machines and toaster so you can’t even get a warm sandwich. On top of that, one of the workers looked right at us as we were coming in and started rolling their eyes, making comments like “oh my gosh” to their coworker. Extremely rude and unprofessional. If you’re scheduled to work until 9, then do your job until 9 — not milk the last 30 minutes. Service is always slow here too. Definitely disappointing.

If I could give this Subway 0 stars I would. Worst service I’ve ever experienced at a Subway, and in fact it’s convinced my wife and I to never eat at the chain in general again. First, they don’t accept coupons they sent to us in the mail living a mile away. Second, my wife asked for “a little mayo”, and the amount put on was obscene with globs just oozing out as the sandwich closed. When we asked if there was anyway a new sandwich be made or a refund be issued we were told by the staff that we should’ve spoken up louder and there wasn’t anything they could do about it. We threw the inedible foot long mayo bread away and left. Terrible terrible experience. DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY!

Great service and great sandwiches. The employees were kind and welcoming. For those complaining about Subway no longer taking coupons…I’m sure inflation has also hit the store hard. The owner pays rent on the building, the franchise, employees, utilities, and the increased cost of food. It either accepts coupons and raises prices or declines coupons and does not raise prices. Unfortunately inflation has affected more than just consumers.
