I placed a pickup and still had to wait over an hour for them to even let me know that they had no bread, but then put that my order was ready when it wasn’t so I couldn’t cancel the order. It was a complete mess and they had horrible customer service. I’m also pregnant and they forgot to toast my sandwich. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SUBWAY AT ALL!!!!!

I love that we were acknowledged as soon as we entered. The tables were clean and the 3 young adults that worked behind the counter today were so friendly and accommodating. I was so impressed, I knew we had to leave a review!

I placed an order for pick up at this location. I ordered two cold cut combos using a BOGO deal on the app. When I picked up the order, they just handed me my food and then went back to standing around. When I checked the food, the sandwiches were very small, like Walmart burrito thin, which is saying something since I ordered a flatbread. On top of that, they didn’t even mention that the cheese I requested was not available, instead they wrote on a folded up cookie paper “sorry, no provolone” and just tossed it in the bottom of the bag.
Overall, it was a pretty disappointing experience.

I put in a mobile order and showed up when it told me to, they hadn’t even started my order, he told me it was almost done so I waited. I didn’t think i’d be waiting for 15 minutes. They didn’t know how to make a salad as they just threw it in a bowl, as well as forgot all of our ingredients for our 2 sandwich’s. Didnt listen to a thing. Even paid extra and tipped them. Stay away from this subway, they’ll waste your time and your money. Do better.

Not sure what is happening to this place, either they lower their toaster time or they don’t know how to use the oven, the tables were dirty and the employees touch and use the register with the same gloves they make the sandwiches, very unhygienic.
I came to this location and ordered 2 foot longs to start, when I asked for it to be toasted it was just warmed up not crunchy at all, then the employee started inputting all the items in the register with the same gloves he was making the order, and to top it off the tables that were open were dirty with crumbs all over,
With all that they still have the nerve to ask for a tip at the register. They should be doing their job first before asking to get a tip on a self-serve establishment, making the food is part of their wages.

Showed up around 1 pm on 12/14/25 and the doors were locked. No sign posted about the store being closed for the day. The hours state they open at 10am on the door.

The staff there is absolutely AMAZING!! Tiana and Mazie had the best customer service. They were so nice and welcoming. I have never experienced such great service at any fast food location before. They deserve kudos for this excellent service!!

We went in last Sunday March 16th and again today March 23rd. Both times was Lushan Meza. Awesome Customer Service. Super polite. Best made sandwich from him that we have experienced at Subway. He definitely deserves a raise.
