We were in the middle of a MLK long weekend project here at the house, and around 1 pm we decided to stop at Subway to get something quick on the way home from the hardware store. Hurray! So convenient or so we thought.
But When we opened our subway It was 2 footlong Italian herbs and spices sandwiches. The bread was really old and dry and crumbly. It was actually not good. We were in the middle of plumbing project and could not stop and soo we had to choke down what we could and just ended up throwing the majority of it away. My husband said well we’ll just go to a different sandwich shop next time. They are not the only brand in town. I was a restaurant manager for years many years ago, and I know I would’ve wanted to know and have the chance to make it right. So here’s your red flag warning. I’m sure we’re not the only ones that this happened to. I’m sure you might have noticed if it happened before because people like us really don’t have much time or money so we just don’t come back.. Here’s a question, how likely is it on a Holliday weekend at lunch time that they are serving day old crumble dried out bread?
It’s pretty simple. They know what they did and didn’t care. So you saved a few pennies on some bread. Is it worth it in the long run?

Miss Carissa was working alone when I came in at 11am on a Friday. She was incredibly polite to the customer ahead of me and me. She let us know before ordering that she only had one type of bread and asked if that was okay.
She made my sandwiches, smiled, and made eye contact. She was prompt and kind. 10/10

bowl of meet and cheese and told me to add it to my sandwich when she could of re made the sandwich. She said she did not want to i asked for a refund she refused to give me a refund and tell a gentleman behind me, said that I was simply asking for my sandwich to be remade and she didn’t want to and he was willing to wait but she said that she gave me a bowl of meat and cheese and then some customers decided to go talk bad about me and flipped me off, and the lady who said she was the manager proceeded to laugh about the situation. The situation in general was completely unprofessional. I will never return to that subway I used to love that subway when I had been there several times before especially for buy one get one sandwich and the customer service there was a lot better and they made us laugh and even gave us free drinks a few times because we used to be regulars. It’s been a while since I’ve been there about six months but I’m very disappointed. They have lost my service. My sister Service, and a few other people that were there that had apologized and offered to buy me another sandwich and I told them no I just wanted the refund from the store.

The employee realized his mistake.
Come to find out they were out of meatballs anyway. He did discount the sandwich at 50% off.
I was not impressed with the texture of the meat. It was like chewing on the sole of your shoes.

They ran out of meatballs, server didn’t know how refund money so shipped 1 sandwich , instead of 2 I paid for
And until I called back to complain, wasn’t even going to do anything about it
Called back and told to call manager tomorrow
Called today, server just a sec and hung up
Worst service and outright theft of money

I am so upset with Subway. Went today and of course the same boy was there. He is rude he lied, we had e- gift card and he said I have to go on line then they mail you the card.WRONG!! We called all the other subways on the area and they said they take the e-gift cards everyday. I have to wear a mask for medical reasons and he says I can’t understand you with that mask on. WOW! I have tried to get hold of corporate the manager and nobody will call you back. They tell you to go online and put in the review. All the reviews on this store are bad because he’s not doing his job. He doesn’t want to work. He just wants the money. I’m done with this Subway. Not that they care and not that anybody will contact me. That they need to get people in that care and like their job and don’t put people down because they wear masks. When you don’t know what the problems are, you need to keep your mouth shut and that’s how I look at it. So if there’s a manager reading this I hope you try to contact me. That would be nice because I would like my money back that should have been taken off on the e-card. Start reading your reviews because they’re bad. You need to fix that store. I showed him everything on the internet that was sent to me. Oh well we don’t do that here you have to go online and no mail you the card wrong. Get it together people please.

I just have to say that Elizabeth was absolutely amazing! She was the only person working and as customers were flowing into the store, she welcomed every single one of them and even with a smile! She was handling 2 sandwiches at a time and still went through all of the check out procedures. She was clearly under pressure to serve a lot of customers, with even online orders flowing in, and did it with complete grace and ease. It’s unfortunate that she didn’t have anyone in there to help her, but even with no help, it definitely earned Elizabeth this 5 star review!! Keep it up girl! You’re killin it! Your work ethic isn’t something that you run into often these days.
