This was the second time we’ve been to this location and again, it did not disappoint! We had one of the best sandwiches ever—made by the manager Jared. We loved his friendliness and awesome service. He’s been there for 20 years and you can tell that he takes a lot of pride in what he does. The place has always been very clean, warm (it’s winter right now), and inviting. Thanks for the great dinner! We’ll for sure be back!

I went to order online and it let me order flatbread on my sandwich when it was actually discontinued. Jared was so nice and accommodating, he offered to make me a new sandwich and was very understanding. Really turned the whole experience around and made my day with his kindness. Thank you Jared!!

This review is for Savannah. She was incredible and funny and she made my trip enjoyable. I have never had such fun ordering a sandwich. I didn’t love that there were two radio stations playing and she did need some help because she is only one person, but she did such a good job and I couldn’t have asked for better service.

Clean lobby friendly service and I got the sub club as always delicious. Bread was fresh and and the fixings we good. I recommend to anyone looking for a quick bite that’s a bit healthier the the norm.
Some street parking available but best to park underground where the first two hours are free at city creek
Obviously very busy at lunch so coming at 11:30 to 11:45 you get better service. Plenty of staff you just miss the big lunch rush.
Restrooms were absent from the premises, and when I asked Jason building, if they had a restroom and they referred me to Starbucks at the end of the street.

Don’t order online. They seem to only have one worker at a time who only works on online orders if the store is otherwise empty. I’m used to the idea that you can place an order and then come pick it up without waiting a long time. I’ve waited longer since getting here than if i didn’t place my order until i got here.

I come almost every Sunday to order from the two gentlemen that I would consider sandwich gods. They care about their work, they take pride in serving their community, but most of all, they are so friendly and provide the best subway experience you could ever get. Those 2 gentlemen are the highlight of my Sunday lunch and I will continue to come every Sunday to get the best sandwich from the best sandwich artists here in SLC.

These guys that were there today deserve a bonus! The two of them were cranking out sandwiches for the volunteers at the gaming con at Salt Palace. And also helping regular customers that we’re coming in. They were fantastic did a great job kept everything calm cool and collected and they deserve something for it!
