Yeah, I really don’t want to write this but I was really surprised and disappointed.
I went into the subway like I have multiple times over the last year and realize when I went to pay that I didn’t have my card on me. Because I live nearby and come to the subway and the gas station almost every other day I figured I could just ask the manager if I could take the sandwich and come pay later. – all the workers know me.
Before I could even finish asking my question the “manager” cut me off and said “there’s nothing we can do.” When I said I’m in here all the time and I’ll come pay for it as soon as possible the manager just dismissed me and didn’t even look me in the eyes. He said, “we’ll just make you a new one” as he walked away. So when I went back to my car to check to see if I left my card there – and I had, I was so disappointed by the customer service of the “manager” that I didn’t go back in and won’t be back again.
First of all, giant waste of food.
Second of all, have some respect for your customers (a regular)
Third, use your brain. I’m a regular, I’ll obviously pay, and dont be short with people.

This place is disgusting the bathrooms have not been cleaned in a very long time the dirt and dust is about a quarter of an inch thick just on the sink in the men’s restroom. Wasn’t any different throughout the gas station or subway. Also in the restroom after people were done wiping themselves they would throw the toilet paper on the floor or in the trash judging by how full the trash can was it was a couple of days old at least in my opinion someone should get the health department and go in there and fix things.

Prompt service but my bacon ranch footlong lacked ranch and was super cold after requesting to be toasted. My chicken was so cold it was taste less. Subway is always a hit or miss. This location sadly doesn’t get it right.

Hours said 6am. I asked the employee what time they actually opened and she looked at another employee. That employee said BETWEEN 6 and 6:30 and sometimes 7 to 10.
