Did I ordered a bowl of cereal or a sandwich. This is supposed to be a chicken teriyaki. Hardly any chicken but loads of sub crunch. Disappointing! I don’t know if it’s this particular shop or if it’s Subway in general. They’ve really cut back on portions.

The bread is always dry and crunchy and they coated my whole sandwich in a bunch of salt. I did an online order, and I figured unless I put “extra salt” that it would go without saying that you would put not very much salt on it. It was extremely salty and gross. They had people in there, but they were not busy, and every time I go in there, it’s usually that way, and they usually never greet you with a hello or anything. It’s like I’m invisible. I had to speak up and ask if my sandwich was ready to go, and it was. But they were going to make me wait until they got done making the one sandwich that they were working on. That both of them were working on. That should only take one person. I waited there about 10 minutes waiting for them to acknowledge me. The whole reason I put in an online order is so I didn’t have to do that.

Her professional attitude, the quality of the food she prepares, and the cleanliness of the store are outstanding. She is the reason I’m a customer again.

Today I stopped by the Redwood location, and compared to how I remembered it, I was pleasantly surprised in the best way.
The place is spotless, the counter is super clean, and the sandwich is amazing—you can really taste the freshness of the ingredients in every bite.

We have been going to this subway for some time, and normally the experience is great and employees are friendly.
This time I can’t say the same, our sandwiches were really soggy and some of the veggies didn’t taste very fresh.

I ordered a Titan Subway sandwich, I wasn’t standing there when they made the sandwich it was a pick up and delivery situation. Apparently, if you’re not watching them make the sandwich, at this particular location, they don’t make it appropriately. Because the Titan sandwich is supposed to have double turkey meat, double cheese, um…. look at the photos that I posted you will see how PATHETIC this sandwich looks. So it seems if you’re going to order from THIS particular store, you need to actually GO IN and watch them make the sandwich or else you’re going to get LESS than subpar food.

The woman who served us, Michelle, was incredibly rude. She spoke to us like we were dirt on the bottom of her shoes and threw our sandwiches together with no care. We were planning on ordering three but she was so rude we only left with two. I never leave reviews because I don’t like to hurt minimum wage employees but genuinely, this was one of the worst people I’ve ever dealt with and I work in customer service.

Never thought I’d be leaving a review for a subway, however I felt like my experience was so much above average, I had to.
I was greeted with a smile, everything was SUPER clean and organized, the tomatoes were actually red, I was taken back. Not near what I was expecting based on past subway experiences. And open late.
