First time at this store. The guys who helped me were very nice and welcoming and helped us right away. Loved the experience until I got home and unwrapped my sandwich which was hard as a rock. I literally couldn’t bite into it. You can’t tell me they didn’t know that bread was rock hard. Sad, I was really happy to have found a location near me.

Not to discredit the bad reviews- but I ordered take out despite all of the poor reviews and was amazed by my order. The bread was super crunchy, everything was perfectly in place and they even had the new pretzels! My sandwich was top notch and the guy inside was really nice 🙂

Apparently online orders are what keeps them going. We waited in line for ten mins. To get our orders started but they had three receipts for online orders and one girl working. When the other girl started back after break she went straight to the online orders as well instead of waiting customers. They told us they have to go in order so even though we were the only ones In the shop we weren’t getting attended to any time soon. Bad business managing. A&W got my money.

Mobile order. Was given the wrong order at pick up and told we have to come back to get a refund. Dropped the food back off and were told they had already proceeded the refund. The manager could have saved us a trip back after their mistake.

We ordered 11 box lunches for my daughter’s birthday party. The sandwiches were made perfectly and on time. When we picked up the sandwiches, our order was ready and the store was super clean and the person working the counter was so kind. We appreciate the excellent customer service, and attention to detail.

I stopped and grabbed a sandwich around 3 pm. I was completely impressed by the professional attitudes and attention give to me as a customer. The place was clean, food displayed with care and pride. Sandwich was prepared as ordered. Taste great and didn’t fall apart as I was eating.
The two young adults working here deserve to be fully compensated for the pride in this job they display..
To management, I would highly recommend a increasing pay for these two. You know how hard it is to keep good employees. It all comes to to the brass tax and rewards for good reviews being more good reviews and more customers.

Went in with a group order and the 2 workers were extremely polite, but one of the boys who looked like a high schooler was just beyond rude! The attitude, the customer service was disgusting. I had to bite my tongue so I don’t cause a scene. I figured he was lazy. He complained about the amount of sandwiches we ordered and how next time we need to order online so they can better prepare. Which yes, I understand but his tone was rude and it was completely obvious. Then he continues to say things under his breath. He needs to work on his customer service. The other 2 guys were very polite!
