I walked in at 11:15 pm on December 10 to get a sandwich. I am a very frequent customer. My experience usually is very pleasant. This time was different. First I asked for avocado. The subway artist squeezed the tube along the sandwich with out spreading and asked if I wanted lettuce. I asked him to spread the avocado (I don’t think I should have to). I then asked for extra extra lettuce since I get a veggie sub no meat no cheese. I get extra lettuce to add texture to the sandwich. He gave me pittance. I asked for more and he proceeded to give me attitude to which I responded “I don’t appreciate the attitude. I asked for extra lettuce”. He rushed me through my order even though there wasn’t one person in the store. I had a similar experience with this associate before. I am really disappointed.

A couple of days ago I went to get lunch and the guy who was working there was not patient or kind. He had dark hair and some tattoos, I don’t remember his name. He might have been frustrated during his day but it is not an excuse to be rude with customers.

Boy has Subway gone down. Not even sure you could call this a meatball sandwich it’s a six inch but since there is an inch at each end without even any sauce let a lone meat or cheese. I know it’s been a long time since I’d had subway but I remember it being way better. I think the pics do a better job describing it than I could.

The order was all wrong from start to finish. Very disappointed that I wasted my money on a sandwich I threw away because it was that bad. It was the wrong bread, cold bacon when I asked for it to be warmed up. I wanted just tomato and lettuce for the veggies. I got 2 slices of tomatoes and a very very small amount of lettuce. I I could taste was the bread. Went back a 2nd time and was horrified by what I found. Bugs all over, I didn’t notice them at first, it made me want to puke finding one crawling on my sandwich. They gave me a new sandwich which I threw away, how am I supposed to eat it after the previous one. I wanted my money back but I was running late and didn’t have time to argue with the workers. I will never go back there again.
