Placed an online order to be picked up at 5:40. Picked it up at 5:41 and it was clearly not fresh because 2 toasted sandwiches were both cold and the cheese was solid, and they forgot all of the sauces and 2 toppings on one of the sandwiches. It was not busy at all so it shouldn’t have been that difficult. I generally love subway but this location really disappointed us and we will not be going back.

No conversation at drive through window about being short on jalapenos. But got charged for extra jalapenos and only had 3 jalapenos on one of my sandwiches. I called and was offered a free sandwich but that does not resolve the fact of no communication at the window when the order was placed about being short on jalapenos. Spend money every week there.
Not planning on spending money there from hereforth and I buy 4 to 5 people at a time. Poor customer service and poor management. Nothing but excuses..

We walked in and there was one couple in line, I helped at that point. One employee was working on, what appeared to be, an online order. We waited probably 5 minutes before two other employees came out from the back and also began working on online orders. Another 10 minutes passed before the couple in front of us were helped. We watched 3 employees make 3 sandwiches (total, not each) in 15 minutes. Only one was even toasted. After the couple in front of us left, all 3 went back to online orders that buzzed in and receipts printed while we were waiting in line. When we were finally helped, they didn’t have meatballs prepared (none of the online orders, or the couple in front of us ordered meatball subs, so this was frustrating). All in all, we were at Subway for 40 minutes. During that time, one couple in front of us were helped and one online order came to pick up their order. One employee didn’t seem to be able to comprehend anything to even put a sandwich together. He kept looking at receipts and never really helped the other two employees.

DO NOT GO TO THUS SUBWAY THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU… I’m so sick of pain for things that I don’t ever get on my sandwich… every single time we go there I get guacamole and I never get that on my sandwich last time I got a completely different sandwich. I don’t understand how they do this. They literally listen and hear what I say and still get a different sandwich out to me and I don’t find out until I get home and open it up, unfortunately.

This is an awesome Subway! I have been there a few times when they were busy and Alma has time and again impressed me with both her customer service as well as her ability to handle pressure in the rush. Great job! I will go to this Subway over and over again!
