I recently moved back here from TN and the closest Sunway to home has always done me wrong (wouldn’t toast my order or cancel my door dasher because they are out of bread when it was a bread less bowl and just not flavorful). We came to this one this past Monday 7/16 sometime in the evening.

The ladies working there today were very kind and professional. They welcomed us when we came in and said, “Have a nice day,” as we left. They stayed busy and out of the way. It’s rare, for me anyway, to go into a fast food type eatery and not see workers on their phones. Not once did I see either of the gals on their phones. I always enjoy their sandwiches.

This is the best Subway we’ve found in the area. We’ve tried others and always go back to this one (crossing two sets of railroad tracks.) The food is ultra-fresh, the sore is very clean and the atmosphere is calm and very relaxing. Most important of all; the staff is refreshing, calm, SUPER FRIENDLY, we’re treated like family each time we go in. I could not recommend this Subway more highly. You owe it to yourself to check this place out, it’s totally worth it.

This particular subway is managed by an incompetent leader, that hires dramatic 15 year olds, and expects them to be capable of rational thinking. Often times there’s not enough food prepped, so sandwiches that are on the menu aren’t always available, and often times there’s a limited supply of bread, so you can’t get your bread of choice. He has put children in charge of his store, and obviously rarely communicates with them in person. He strikes me as the type of leader that delegates via text, because he lacks the backbone required to reprimand someone in person.

Subway has really gone downhill in the last year and I am so unhappy with their representation it makes me not want to even walk through the doors, but today I was made the best Subway sandwich of my life, by far! The lady was not the most friendly but all about getting her job done and I appreciate that. Thanks for making a good sandwich.
