Ok this only goes out to who ever was building the sandwiches last night at 5:30pm and owner you need to give them a raise. For the first time in the 3 years I have went to this place I finally got a good sandwich. All the rest of the times it’s like a hotdog bun with 1 slice of meat 1 slice of cheese and then very little veggies. Really sucked. But THIS TIME! It was great. At least 2 slices of each of the 3 meats on my sandwich all the right veggies and fresh. To who ever made the order Great Job.

The person who helped was very patient as I stumbled through a text from my child. They patiently waited a I logged into the app to get my rewards because my phone number didn’t work.

Thank you to my favorite subway workers Kamryn and Kenna I come in all the time and it’s an amazing welcoming experience every time they always have the biggest smiles on there scene in the busiest of times but every time I see these two girls they treat me like I’m there best friend and I love coming here for that reason

Subway used to be so fresh and had a lot of topping choices. I loved coming here for the olives and cucumbers especially. Now, they don’t even give you the olives option. We came in at 10:30am on a Sunday morning and the lettuce was already orange on the ends. Not fresh what so ever. The cucumbers looked like they were sliced a few days prior. No crunch to them. The bread was hard on the ends. Again, not fresh. Everything seemed like it had been made days prior. This will be our last time eating at Subway because of this visit and them getting rid of olives. You had a leg up on your competition with topping choices, but you no longer have that. The quality you serve is sub-par now. For the price alone I’m better off going somewhere that serves quality for what I’m paying.

This location is extremely slow to take my order. On two occasions, when they are open they didn’t even answer or speak to me through the intercom. My sandwiches have very little meat, cheese or veggies regardless of what I order. There are usually vehicle(s) parked in the drive through making it 1. Dangerous, 2. Confusing to determine who is actually in their car in line or just parked there. I hope they read their reviews and make some positive changes. The pic below is supposed to be a steak and cheese sandwich with green peppers, onions and provolone. In this particularly case, there are more veggies than meat or cheese.

Come here a couple times a week. I get the same thing every time. Meatball sub with pickle, olives, mayo and mustard. They had no olives yesterday. Can you guys hook me up with another sandwich that has olives? Been coming here a couple times a week for years.

Horrible service today. Ordered BLT with extra bacon and tomato and mayo. Sandwich was so dry and nothing extra on it…and if there was you couldn’t notice. Staff was not even friendly and seemed lazy….you could tell by the way they made the Sandwich.

Went there to night and got my son a sandwich. I told the girl foot long on white. Then she asked him if he wanted sauces. The girl then wraps the sandwich up. Without no veggies on it. We’ll I’m not paying almost $9 dollars for a sandwich of just ham. Sorry but I will be going somewhere else for sandwich.

We usually are satisfied with this location. They at least manage to get our order right most of the time, which doesn’t seem to be a given most places anymore. We get an order from them at least a couple of weekends a month. However, we will never be returning after the treatment we received this afternoon. We placed our usual order online only to be told they didn’t have any record of it. After checking our email, we discovered our order had been cancelled somehow ten minutes after we placed it. I do not know how it got cancelled. WE didn’t cancel it. The Subway employees claim they aren’t capable of cancelling orders on their end. It got cancelled somehow. Fine, I’m not faulting anyone. Where it all fell short is in the employees treatment of us. They were downright rude and refused to do anything to help us, including just going ahead and making the order while we waited, which we would have paid for. That is NOT the correct response when a hungry customer comes in with a problem with the online ordering. I’m not hopeful that anyone will bother to train these kids to do any better, because that seems to be the trend now in fast food. Nobody cares anymore, apparently no one is being paid to care, just to be warm bodies holding the door open during business hours. I’m sad, because this was our go-to place to grab a sandwich to take to the park every Saturday.

Had grub hub delivery today 10/3/2024 7pm. Meatball sub had 2, yes, only 2 meatballs. Called them and was told to come in, and they’d make a new one. I ordered delivery and am a disabled veteran. No class, no professionalism at all. They girl was indifferent and incompetent, done with Roy Subway.
