I placed an order with Uber and had a small issue that Uber couldn’t fix. I called and spoke with Ixaya and he was so sweet and helpful. He was the only person in the shop and still took the time to speak with me and fix the issue. He really went above and beyond. I love subway- but good customer service is the best! Subway is lucky to have Ixaya!
Went back for more delicious subs and was helped by Hennessey. She is so sweet and so kind. She had such a good energy and made me the best sandwich ever! I am lucky this subway has such amazing sandwich artists!

I ordered the cheese and chicken dipper but instead of what i wanted i had paid for something else which i didn’t want and all that’s in it is just cheese like what the heck!? Do better!! I always come to this location and always get what I want but this one time which is unbelievable! I’m very unhappy!

This was hands down one the best experiences I’ve had at a Subway in a long time! My wife and I were astonished at the professionalism of the employee that helped us today. We didn’t get his name, but he was amazing!! I hope he gets a raise or some kind of recognition for his help because not only was he all alone working, he was getting customers through in such a fluid manner! There was a couple of people in line before us when we walked in, and to be honest I was nervous once I noticed there was only one person on the job, but he got us all through in no time. The sandwiches were made to perfection, and I mean it, literally looked like it was off a commercial! The gentleman that helped us was super polite and friendly and made our whole experience amazing! I hope that he gets some immense compensation and recognition for his work because it was truly amazing!

Whoever worked tonight Wed August 25th 2021 was the BEST!! He’s worked at subway for just over 3 years. We have been to a lot of subways lately and our food was skimpy, old, or not very good. The worker tonight was the only one on shift and was fast but efficient and made our sandwiches SO GOOD!!! Fresh, loaded, and just perfect. He was also so kind. I wish I would of given him a tip but we had a gift card so I hope he get extra compliments or a bonus for his great work!! He is keeping this small location running by himself and doing amazing. Made me want to eat more subway!

I ordered online and was told my food would be ready in 20 minutes. However, when I arrived later, the app indicated that it was ready, but my food wasn’t prepared at all. While the worker was making my sandwich, she repeatedly touched it with her shirt, then went to the register and touched the screen without changing her gloves. After that, she continued to prepare more food.

This places food was okay but my favorite part was when the worker came from the back and picked me up and said who’s daddy’s good boy and took me to the back and gave me a creamer streamer and gave me special sauce on my sandwich. Very good place.

Placed an online order and when I went to pick it up the place was empty. Eventually found the guy hiding out back under a table. Looked at me and then just went back to watching his phone. Since there’s no way to cancel my order I’m out the $15.

I was just starting my shift and being in security these days the shift is extremely long and full of uncertainty with how people will react to you. This location was about to close their doors and leave for the evening but the young lady inside by the name of Mia unlock the doors and made me her last customer for the evening. She was very kind And had an extremely wonderful attitude as well as great customer service! The only complaint that I have is that paying with my debit card there was not a way to leave her a tip and she more than earned a tip, so when I come back the next time that I see her I will be bringing an adequate tip with me. Thank you Mia for making my day before it started and for being so gracious in a time that this industry does not get a lot of positivity through on their way!

Been going to this Subway regularly for over a year and I strongly recommend it. Everytime I come the hospitality is incredible. The employees and especially Kevin remembers what I get everytime and always asks how I am doing.
