I got scammed on my subway sandwich. I asked for an Elite Chicken & Bacon Ranch sandwich. They barely gave me enough chicken on my sandwich to equal a small wing from BWW. On top of that I only got 1 single piece of bacon and my buddy before me got the same thing but got 3 pieces on his. I asked nicely if I can get more than 1 piece of bacon on my sandwich and they said it would cost more. What an absolute joke. This location is the definition of a SCAM.

Very friendly and the sandwich was done very well. Will definitely go back if I’m in the area.

Pulled up to the driveway to order and was told they were finishing some previous orders and to wait. I waited 30 minutes and nothing. I tried to talk to them and they would not reply. Never coming back to this place again.

This used to be the best subway around! The sandwiches were made well, always looked good and tasted great! It’s like the employees actually cared about your food. The last 2 times I’ve been there it’s been SO disappointing! The sandwiches are dry and barely have anything on them. Come on PG I know you can do better than this!

My friends and I have been there about 3 times through the drive through. Everytime we’ve done this, the lobby has been completely empty and the worker on drive through has said that they’re working on orders and will be with us in a second.

We’ve waited ten minutes before driving off. This time we decided to go inside. As we drove past the payment window, we saw the worker sitting on his phone. We went inside and he came from the back and said that they were closed and couldn’t help us, at 9:01. We tried to explain that we were in the drive through for ten minutes before that, but all he did was pull out his phone and show us the clock and tell us that he couldn’t help because they were closed.

The general environment of this location is just a lazy and unorganized mess. After this particular even, though, I think you’d have just a better overall time if you found a different place to eat. There’s a really good Italian Sub place just down that road with excellent service and relatively good food. Much more worth your time.

This restaurant seems like prices are getting higher and higher with portions getting smaller and smaller. You pay a ridiculous amount for a sandwich. This location especially left a bad taste in my mouth after placing an order online and being told I could pick it up, I drove there to pick it up, arrived 5 minutes after I got notified to find out that they gave my sandwich to another person. The cashier went back to find the manager and the manager didn’t seem to trust me. I showed them the order and the order number and he asked me again if I hadn’t just barely picked it up from the drive through and I said, “If I had, then I wouldn’t be trying to get my sandwich now.” I asked if they had asked the guy who they gave my order to for their name and they said they hadn’t. I asked for a refund or that they remake the sandwich and so they remade the sandwich pretty sloppily. As I left, I heard one of the employees say that they didn’t trust me. I have had much better experiences at other sandwich shops that are much more reasonably priced and provide much better service than Subway.

I was here at 4pm and they had about 10 total sandwich loaves to choose from. One of mine was light and the other way over cooked… same bread. No bread was proofing or baking.
No drive thru line and only 3 of us inside. Only new side option was a cookie stick, no pretzels etc. First person doing meats couldn’t understand anyone and was basically whispering. Second person understood but was in no mood to be kind and charged the person in front of me extra for olives! Eaten here so many times but is seriously going downhill!

I fell in love with this employee, Carson. I couldn’t stop staring into his beautiful eyes. He reminded me of a vampire I once knew, named Edward, I think? I was so mesmerized by this enhanced experiment, I didn’t notice I wasn’t getting the peanut butter and jam sandwich I requested. I got a grilled cheese. Their cheese is better than if you got a drop of the golden sun and cultivated it into cheese.

I Was soo excited to try the new foot long dippers! Too bad they’re apparently only six inch…. the worker Proceeded to tell me that the sign that was right in front of her face that said footlong was wrong.! I was so excited I stiiilll got some cause I love subways food and trying new things. I can honestly say I don’t even know If it was made right
.. The worker had to ask someone in the back doing dishes if it was even real! He was the one who told her yes it is a thing, but there only 6 inch… if you ask me if you have to ask the guy doing dishes if it’s even a real thing, when it’s all over tv… promoting your new product… that’s a problem food was okay just wish I didn’t get the run around when it was right in there face… and windows. And to add last point we even called a different subway after and they knew exactly what we were talking about. They said it was definitely supposed to be a footlong! And they were sorry for our service. Moral of the story don’t go to this location if you want good subway.

I love Subway, is my go to place when I want to eat out. But this specific location is no the best because of one employee. Today I order my regular sandwich and this lady kept rushing my order even thought there was one person behind me, she kept asking “anything else?” before I even finished talking. This resulted in her forgetting multiple ingredients I had asked for and I had to keep reminding her to put them in my sandwich. She kept rushing me so much that at the end she put a sauce on my sandwich that I had not asked for and completely ruined my sandwich and did not do anything about it. Not only that but this same lady on a previous occasion was training a new employee and was incredibly rude with her.
My recommendation: go to the subway at Walmart!
