I ordered 9 sandwiches online at noon asking they be ready at 2:00. At 2:00 when I arrived 4 were ready. I asked for an estimate and they said they were busy. At 2:40 I got my sandwiches while walk in people continued to get their sandwiches before me. After I FINALLY had all my sandwiches, I asked an employee what I could do better next time. He laughed and said, “Don’t come when we are busy “. Don’t worry, I won’t come back EVER!!!

I’ve continued to go to this location and I dont know why. I had one guy turn me away at noon and tell me that they don’t do instore orders until after 3pm when the other kids employees get there to work. He said they only do online orders even though their lobby was open.

So i walk in and i see this freakin beautiful man at the counter, shorter with black hair. I think hes hispanic or something, but hes the most handsome, beautiful, most charming person ive ever seen. His laugh is contagious and he made my sandwich perfectly. 9/10 would recommend. Only reason why its not a 10 is cause im not sure if hes a weezer fan

Wasn’t too thrilled today. I asked for extra sauces but didn’t think it was going to ruin my sandwich. The other side was the absolute worst. I used probably 10 or more napkins. It was kind of sloppy.

Epic fail on all levels. First I ordered a 6 foot giant sub for a party. I called corporate the day before to make sure advanced placed order was going to the correct location. It was. I stroll in 5 minutes before it should be ready and they have no clue what order I’m talking about. After they research their records, they found that they neglected to complete my order and said I’d have to wait an hour for the bread to bake. Needless to say, I didn’t have an hour to spare. They improvised with what I needed and it still took a while. While I waited, I happened to notice the pattern of negligence was all over the store. There wasn’t a clean table in the whole place. Every surface had crumbs! They have been open only 2 hours on a Saturday. The floor had crumbs everywhere too. I see chips and olives, not to mention the giant puddle leaking from the fountain drink stations. It’s pathetic how dirty it is. The ceiling has dust clumps around the light fixtures and the windows are smothered in handprints. It’s obvious no one cares about this place. What a sad place. I’m now concerned about the cleanliness of my food.

I used to work here about a year ago, and decided to stop by. A lot has changed since then, not the least of which is a full store remodel. I really like the new look. It looks clean and professionally done. It makes me so excited to see it! I would have pictures, but I forgot to take any, I’ll probably come back and update this when I do.

Good subway. Food always correct and quick the past 4-5 times i’ve been in here over the last 8 months or so. Veggies are never distributed evenly however. I can fix that, no problem. Thats the price you pay for quick.
