They are suppose to close at 9 pm we arrived at 7:27 pm went inside, It was the same lady helped us about a month ago ordered the same thing that time too.
12 in Meatball, and a 12 in Chicken bacon ranch, after she put hardly no meat and cheese on either sandwich she asked us if we wanted them toasted of course we said, she picked up the sandwiches and said she was going to go in the back and use the toaster back there, I said “do not microwave those please” ( because the last time she said exactly the same thing and when we got home they had been microwaved). She said “I won’t” but here’s what really set me off is the other girl said “oh she won’t, that would be gross.” This oven is just cooling down because we are closing” ( not for an hour and a half) so Less than a min or so she come back up with our sandwiches clearly she had microwaved them. Got home the meats were both cold the cheese was not melted and the bread was rubber. MIRCOWAVED OF COURSE, WE PAID $33.00 FOR 2 MIRCOWAVED SANDWICHES. AND BOTH THOSE LADIES LOOK RIGHT AT US AND LIED. WE WILL NOT BE BACK!

I stopped by this Subway and was really impressed by Hailee’s service. She’s super friendly, fast, and makes one of the best sandwiches I’ve had here. You can tell she really cares about doing a good job — especially impressive considering how young she is. Great attitude, great energy, and excellent customer service. Definitely a reason to come back!

Ordered a american club sub, no knowing it literally came with less meat than the veggie sandwich. Literally it was like 4 slices of turkey 4 slices of ham and 4 slices of bacon. I did order extra veggies, but this was still an awfully small portion of meat for how expensive these sandwiches are. Everything else was as ordered and was good, just wish I could have had more meat.

I sent my sons inside Heber subway to get a large order, on some of the sandwiches they missed bacon and cheese. I returned with one of my sons for new sandwiches. Nathan said he came in to work towards the end of my order and was very apologetic and made me new sandwiches. He was very professional and understanding. Victor on the other hand was very upset throwing vegetables on the sandwich and had big attitude. On a side note, he also never uses the white paper when he wraps up the sandwiches. Please let Victor know that he should express his distain AFTER the customer leaves. Another lady was inside eating, who also had the bacon forgotten by Victor. Props to Nathan again for being extremely professional. I am giving 4 stars for Nathan’s professionalism even though he was not the one who messed it up, however if it was only based on Victor 1 star would be given (major attitude). I can’t give 5 stars since there was a mistake but Nathan was worth getting 4 stars. Thanks so much Nathan, take a chill pill Victor.

Ordered a chicken sandwich and chicken was cold! Not even heated up a little! Called to talk to “manager” on duty and wow what a challenge that was! All he told me was “some people eat their chicken cold and you didn’t want it toasted!” Exactly “some people” he had a lot of attitude and told me they didn’t do anything wrong! This “manager” needs more training on how to talk to paying customers! Customers that are paying so he can basically have a job!!! He had attitude and everything wow just wow! This Subway isn’t the same anymore!!!

Really excellent Subway location. Every time I go in it’s super clean, the sandwich ingredients are fresh, bread is perfect. My foot long Turkey Bacon sandwich was perfect. People here are friendly too. It’s a family owned store and I talked with the daughter. I’ll be going back.

The food was really good but the customer service was excellent. A gal named Shay took the time to make sure my meatballs were hot and had a lot of attention to detail. That’s something missing in most businesses today. Shay knocked this sandwich out of the park! I couldn’t give more praise to this location and employees.
