I had to go here because it’s the closest thing to my work. The lady in the morning from the 10th of April 2024 to the 13th of April 2024 has some issue with me. She doesn’t greet Mee, doesn’t make eye contact , talks like she is mad about something, she put my sandwich in the oven without asking me if I wanted it toasted. She tossed it in there too. She is not nice and doesn’t want to be there. I’ve been nicer to her and she is supposed to be nicer to me. I worked those kind of jobs and u never take it out on a customer… I’m sad to say she makes me feel unwanted.

I have gone to this location 4 times now, all months spread out, between 8:30-9:00 am and the location isn’t open yet. Today, I waited outside the locked door from 8:40-8:45 as the morning shift manager/sandwich artist was setting out the items in the sandwich prep station. My issue is that if a business says it will be open at 8:30 am, then the business should be open at 8:30 am. If you cannot commit to that time, then you need to work to scale your hours back to be accurate. One time visiting and it isn’t open, is one thing. However, this is the 4-5 time this has happened to me at this location in the morning. Bad business, in my opinion.

Today we were going on a fall drive and decided to hit Subway by Harmons on Bangerter. 9 of us walked in and Johnathon handled our order and 3 other people with calmness and got all our orders exactly right. He was AWESOME!! I felt for him being the only person working. He handled the 9am rush very professionally!! Sandwiches were awesome!!!

The oven was not properly set so our sandwiches were not toasted and barely melted cheese was not very cool. My wife had a coupon for $7.99 meal with her rewards and the girl at the register accidentally removed it from the screen AND THEN made us still pay full price for my wife’s meal because the reward was no longer valid since it was “used” but she had deleted it from the order and had us scan it multiple times and acted confused as to why it wasn’t working but didn’t offer to override it or call a manager. Very upsetting that there are teens working there without an actual adult manager to help with these types of situations. Will not be going there again.

Classic Subway experience. We are all bored of this place, but still a great option for eating a bit healthier and avoiding a greaseburger. Nice to see the interior decor is freshened up a bit. No sign, of course, of Jared Fogle’s giant old pants.

This is the second time I come and the same Lady Érica does not put enough meat in my sandwich. Any time I ask for the meat to fill at least the bread she is very rude and responds with “I’m going to have to charge you double for the meat”. But when ever I go to any other subway they always make sure the bread is full with meat. Very disappointed with the service and the sandwiches I have gotten from this location
