This is twice now in the last few months I show up at lunch time and this Subway is out of BREAD, you’re a sandwich shop how do you not have bread ready at lunch time, 3 employees just looking at you like a dear in the headlights saying, “well we have flat bread”, do better Subway.

Came in a few months ago for the first time and was refused service and was told that the store was closed even though there were other customers being served and the store wasn’t set to close for another two hours. I came in again today in the morning to give this place a another chance with my wife and when we gave our order selections which were two footlong sandwiches on flat bread and the employee put all of the meat and cheese in the middle of the bread and rolled it like a wrap. Still was charged for a footlong even though the sandwich was only 6″. I won’t come back to subway again.

Margarita is so hard to deal with and very unfriendly. She argues with me over extra olives which I ask her I will pay extra for and she just can’t stand. I used to like this place, until margarita ruined it. Hopefully management can help teach her how to run a store and how to treat her customers that keep her having a paycheck.

I stopped by here earlier this evening (Saturday September 23rd). The sign on the door said they were open until 9pm. I went inside at 7:57pm. I was refused service and turned away. There was 1 male staff and 1 female staff present and the young man told me “we haven’t had anyone come in for about an hour and we started cashing out already.” This situation was absurd. Why post hours of operation if you are going to randomly close early because you got bored? I have never experienced this situation as a restaurant customer before. Wish Google would let me give zero stars.

Great service during covid! We were heading to Echo reservoir. This store opens at 9:00am! We went to get sandwiches for the beach. They made them with no condiments so they wouldn’t get soggy and gave us packets of mayo and mustard. Perfect! Masks are required. Bathroom was clean. Store was clean.
