I’ve always liked this Subway, until today. We ordered 4 sandwiches and when we got home, one of the sandwiches had been switched with one not from our order. Called the store and got a rude girl unwilling to help. No manager available or number to call. She said there wasn’t anything they could do. I said that wasn’t good enough. So finally she said she would remake my sandwich. When I picked it up she tossed it across the counter. Seriously need some customer service lessons. Also the bread was stale.

I come here pretty often. but today when I came in (12/17) there was Scott and I believe his name was travis working. Scott was amazing followed all protocols about handling food for others. But Travis as I was there was constantly pulling out his phone. Not usually an issue doesnt bug me. Like I get it, there teenagers. me as well. But then he proceeded to grab the bread for my second sub with a paper that you lay the bread on, with his bare hands and grabbed the bread and layed in on a difference one. Which really grossed me out because he was touching his phones then his hands touching the paper that my sandwich was laying on.

This Subway had pretty fast service! There were three or four gentlemen working there and I got my food fast! And it was prepared to my very liking! This Subway I went to had no flaws whatsoever, though the raspberry cookies I bought where kind of hard, but I don’t expect the heating bulbs to keep everything warm, the price for three of them is only one dollar?! It’s crazy!! Though this Subway had great service!

Tried to order a teriyaki foot long an hour and a half before closing. Was told that they were out of steak. Ordered turkey. They were out of onions and had to go search for mayonnaise. Then my daughter was referred to as a “they” and she is clearly a girl, followed by a chuckle when my wife was clearly confused. Not impressed!!

Normally I love going to this subway. They’re fast and friendly. But today a girl I haven’t seen there before is digging in her mouth with her finger comes to take my order and didn’t even wash her hands. She was not friendly at all. Throws the sandwich on the counter and rings me up. After I got my sandwich I just threw it away.
