Made 1 simple pick up order. I get greeted at the door which was nice, get my meal and was told it was made with love. Thinking to myself ok cool good customer service. I get home several items from the one sandwich is missing on top of it being burnt. I suppose this is due to the one who greeted me at the door was busy sitting and talking with their friend or co-worker. Tried calling to see if this could get corrected, and all I get is the phone saying it’s disconnected or not in service.

There were two employees working when I came in today, a guy and a gal. The female was unfriendly, didn’t know the menu, and did a terrible job of making my sandwich. I asked for a cold cut sandwich and she said they don’t have it. The guy corrected her and showed her where it’s located on the menu board. Most of the veggies are piled in the middle of the sandwich and the ends of the sandwich is completely dry. It’s no fun eating bread without ingredients.
I downloaded the app and created a profile just before coming in. When I scanned my app, they said that the system was down and that I could add my points, using the receipt. Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to add the receipt in the app.
The guy was knowledgeable and helpful, not overly friendly, but I appreciated his help. If he had been the one who helped me, maybe I would have given a better review. I will never come to this Syracuse, UT location again.

Wow I have never had a worse experience at subway than my last visit. I placed an online order and it said it would take 40 minutes to be ready. Not a big deal. We get there and get our order and go home only to realize that we are missing 4 items and almost everything was wrong. And just one or two things like 5+ PER sandwich. I don’t understand how that happens when a ticket is literally printed off with the orders right in front of you. The store was not busy at all when we went so I called within 10 minutes of picking up the order. It rang and rang and rang. No one ever answered! So I sent a complaint through their website and then got a copy and paste response from the owner. “Sorry your order sucked but I’ll talk to the team” I’m sure. Not an offer to remake the order, store credit, refund. Nothing. As a business owner you would think that when you saw how horribly our order was done you would want to rectify the situation and try to come up with a solution. It’s disappointing when you spend money and don’t get anything you want/ordered especially in this economy. DO BETTER. Everything highlighted was what we had missing. Ridiculous.

Subway makes me happy, I love the great fresh food. But I’m done with this location unless I can watch my food being made.
I ordered the Cali Fresh (turkey, bacon, avocado, mozzarella) a few times last year from this location. The first time they left off the avocado. I messed the company with zero response. I added a note to the order the every time after that to please remember the avocado. They got it once. The next time it was missing. I contacted the store again with no response again. The next time I got to the store in time to watch them finish making our order. I asked which was the Cali Fresh – he was just wrapping it. “Did it get the avocado?” No, but at least I could get it on. It’s an essential part of that sandwich, not anything extra I’m adding! Why is it so hard!?!
Now they have a new name for it, the Turkey Cali Club. Same ingredients – turkey, bacon, avocado, mozzarella. I put on the receipt again, please remember the avocado. This time? The completely wrong sandwich! As you can see from the receipt, we ordered no chicken sandwich.
We always get Subway when it’s a busy night and I can order online and grab it as we’re dashing past. Apparently I can’t order from this store unless I can be there to watch and make sure my order will be correct. Once in a while is one thing, but easily over half the time I’ve had problems with this store.
No response when I’ve tried to correct things by contacting them directly.

Worst subway ever. First they did our order wrong ordered a wrap, then made my wife a salad. I swear they didn’t even toast the two sandwiches I ordered. They didn’t even have that many toppings. Never ever again will we go there

I wanted to give a honest review of my experience going into
Subway. I noticed that some of the employees struggle to keep up with the pace but I commend them for not giving up and continuing to stay on task. With having only 3 employees in the store, it can be a struggle. Understandable! There was an employee by the name of Jacob who was extremely nice and he seems like such a hard worker. I like the environment there and how talkative Jacob he had a conversation with me the whole time making my sandwich and I just liked that. The other employees should talk more and interact with the customers.

We ordered 2 sandwiches my son ordered The Boss, his was warm but the bread was crazy dry. I ordered the outlaw. It was “toasted” the meat was cold the cheese was not melted and the bread was extremely dry. The staff was inattentive and had to ask what we wanted on our sandwiches multiple times. When they wrapped up the sandwiches a portion of my son’s sandwich was hanging out of the wrapping. It is a wonder that this place is still open with so many other options so near by.

Would not recommend! If you are looking for all the options Subway offers , dont go to this location. We went for lunch. First they didn’t have the bread they advertized. Then when we went to eat we found the bread we got was old, dried up and hard, like biting into a crouton. They ran out of turkey, the meat of the day. One employee said they were not going to cut more so he used ham instead. They were out of toppings, ie. Olives, veggies. They only had 2 kinds of chips. They were out of half the options on the soda machine. This is the second visit that it’s been like this. Tried to give it another try but we will drive farther to another location next time.

I go here often. I keep hoping this subway will get it together, but it’s been a decade now. They keep their veggies too cold in the bar so they freeze and have a soggy texture. They under proof the bread a lot which makes for tiny, dense sandwiches.
I have other complaints as well, but these are the 2 deal breakers.
Im close to the point of driving down to the gas station subway a few miles east to avoid this location.
