Made an online order. Had it canceled because there was no bread made. They only had 2 wheat breads available. Why not be prepared before opening? Nice lady on the phone, just under prepared and shocked with it being a “sandwich” shop.

Food was great but because im picky and im pregnant the manager/employee making my food was not very nice. If you don’t like being a manager or working at a fast food place then don’t but don’t take it out on customers because of how we want a sandwich made.

Pros: Made my special requests feel normal and not at all bothersome. Very good customer service while simultaneously training a new sandwich artist.
Cons: The dining area was slightly less clean than I hoped for a slow Sunday afternoon. But maybe I just missed the crowd.

I’ve managed several subways, so I always feel weird walking into one. My order is kind of a pain. So I always get a little anxious. The two young men on shift were so helpful and friendly I felt immediately better! You’ve got some good employees!

They did everything right except for quit selling Coke. I know that they do not have control because SUBWAY® makes certain decisions. Too bad they had to choose Pepsi. I know it will impact the amount of times I go to Subway. Sometimes you just need a good Coke. Thank you.

Alex and Sam did an amazing job!! Super attentive. Sam was very informative And educated me as the customer. Alex LOADED up the veggies on my veggie sub, which is a big deal when you’re vegetarian and want to be filled on veggies. Both were very patient. I’m a district trainer at another sub shop so I’m always overly analyzing the sub making process at other stores. I don’t expect the best service at night as generally managers are on the morning shifts in restaurants. But tonight I was IMPRESSED.
