I’ve been in the store before and it was fantastic, I let my sister have free range over my debit card and she just ordered a sandwich from them with as many olive as they can legally give her. She’s so happy they gave her plenty of olives that crew is great. She’s currently dancing in my kitchen with her container of olives.

Way too overpriced for the mediocre food and service. Spent $40 (including tip) on two foot-long subs and two drinks! No thank you. I’d rather get slapped with a greasy sub than get bamboozled again by this company. They used to be so good, too.

My husband was in on July 4th around 1:00. He ordered Teo spicy Italian foitlong subs. There was a young man must have been new. He put generous amounts of veggies. The a young lady came out from the back and proceeded to finish the order by barely putting any veggies on the second sandwich. We pay alot. Can’t you please be consistent with the veggies? If your going to short us on them, well then we will NOT return to your establishment. We understand you had to work on the 4th, we all have. But just do your job and be thankful you have one.
Here we are a yr later on the 4th. Yes really. I can’t believe how little meat they put on the sandwiches. Spicy Italian maybe 1 PC of each type for a total of 3 slice 3 x 4 WE WILL NOT RETURN TO SUBWAY.
Why have they made it so you cannot see the meat and cheese being put on your sandwich??? Because they put so little?

Everything is perfect at this Subway. Except when you order the rotisserie chicken. Both times way too much chicken and it wasn’t shredded up like it’s supposed to be when it’s prepped. I know from experience, either way the first time I didn’t say anything because I thought I could salvage it the second time I had waited so long already It was already done . I just wish they would prep it correctly it makes a big difference

Ordered online, got home 2 out of 3 sandwiches were totally wrong. 3rd wasn’t much better. Can not get ahold of a manager or a call back. Spent $36 on 3 sandwiches thinking we would receive what we paid for. We were wrong. No attempt was made to fill our order correctly and if they were out of everything they should have said something when I picked up my order. Disappointed for sure.

We lost power Christmas Eve at 3pm so needed to pickup dinner in town. We called ahead of time to make sure the store was open. They told my husband they were open until 4pm. He arrived at 3:40pm and the girls had already closed the store and locked the doors! So we called the Subway on 3rd and Christine said she would keep her store open until my husband arrived. I will never give Subway on the Troy highway my business again. Some of the poorest customer service I’ve ever experienced. Thank you so Christine and her excellent service for taking care of us!

If you order online for pick up make sure you triple check the order before leaving. Multiple times I’ve had no cookies or half the cookies ordered. They also mess up the subs with the wrong bread or toasting them when they weren’t asked. If you order inside though they are good.
