I always go out of my way to come to the subway, the owner is there often and the store is always stocked, clean and the staff are friendly and helpful! This morning I had seven sandwiches for a construction crew and Lauren and Vance were professional, fast and efficient. They had great customer service skills and as a business owner I can recognize hard work ethic and these two were rock stars! Kudos to them for being efficient in the workplace, they were great!

I never ended up ordering any food. I stopped in @ 6:15. The place was dead. A girl stepped out from the back room. She spoke to me as if I was bothering her & interrupting her & her co-workers conversation. I asked her about any specials or footlong combo specials. Any question I asked, she responded with a snide, sarcastic remark. She spoke to me as though I was ignorant for asking about meal deals. “Everything is on the menu board”, she replied. I turned around & walked out & went to Panda Express up the street & received, kind, professional & pleasant service. No wonder your store was dead! With employees like that (bad attitude)…who’d want to spend there hard earned $$ in there? NOT ME!

They were being cheap with the ingredients barley adding any of the meat I wanted and made it a struggle where we were asking what cheese there was and had a really bad attitude and they double the price of the six inch and it was more expensive then the 12 inch when I asked for just a little more of the tuna

Would give absolutely 0 stars 100 times over and over again if I could, I’ve been a manager and I know how to handle wrong issues in the food industry and they sure do not. Didn’t bother to tell me to bring my sandwich they made wrong in the first place in order to have a new one made and tried to refuse making the order. Tried blaming it on being busy but it was most definitely not the first time I was there to recive my order originally there was 1 customer, when I was back the second time there was no one. This store never can get an order right and they make it complicated to make it “right”. Unlike other fast food chains.

The first employee that took the order was rather rude. She acted like she hated being there and was inconvienced we were there. I asked if the had the low carb wrap and she rudely said only flat bread and then held it up. She made me feel like I was stupid for not knowing. Subway has changed their ingredients available since I was in last. She asked if we wanted cheese and I asked for swiss. She snapped and said “provolone” Well ok, I figured they would have more then one cheese. The next gentleman was fast and friendly. The sandwiches were good. Wish they had more of a selection of cheese. I paid $12 for a turkey bacon wrap. A little steep if you ask me.
