And the employees?? Don’t get me started One young man rolled his eyes at me when I asked for extra pickles — excuse me sir, I like my pickles!! Another girl was gossiping so loud I could barely hear myself order Everyone looked like they wanted to be anywhere else but there.
The only bright spot ️ was a sweet young lady with a ponytail — I didn’t catch her name, but she was polite as could be She smiled, called me “ma’am,”
and actually listened when I said “light mayo.” Bless her heart.
Other than that… never again!! This place needs a deep clean, a new manager, and a big ol’ attitude adjustment!
The second employee was noticeably unpleasant and simply said, “We don’t have any egg.”
There was no apology, no explanation, and no attempt to communicate professionally. My wife asked for clarification because the interaction felt dismissive and confusing. Instead of addressing her properly, the employee walked toward the back, turned away, and repeated, “We don’t have egg,” with the same attitude.
At that point, my wife politely said not to worry and left, frustrated—not just because she had waited for the store to open only to learn they weren’t serving breakfast, but because of how poorly she was treated.
What made the experience even more disappointing was that moments later, from her car, she saw that same employee standing in front of the store, on her phone, vaping. It made it very clear what her priorities were, and customer service wasn’t one of them.
Disappointment…they haven’t changed
Bread was rough, like it was old Service was ok. Young people working not very professional. Blimpies or Firehouse Subs runs circles on place.
