Love the staff there. They are always trying to do their best despite being very understaffed. The staff at this location deserve all the tips and patience they can get. They work hard to master the art of sandwich making, only to get paid $4.75 over the State of Idaho’s minimum pay wage.

The 2 girls who made my sandwich were super nice, the one who rang me up and cut my coupons was very unfriendly. I stated most people don’t take coupons when offered, she says they have too. In all my years of going there (9) to be exact. Annoyed I’m using coupons for free drink, cookie and chips. Uncomfortable!

For the most part Subway is subway but never have we ever experienced something like today unfortunately my husband got blessed with someone’s hair in his tuna sandwich the lady was really apologetic about the whole thing and made him a new one. 2 bites into it he found another hair.

absolutely unbelievable it took me 35 minutes to get two sandwiches out of the door they argued about who was going to toast and how long it was going to get toasted for and one guy it was training Day I mean I’m talking about the movie training Day this guy put three pieces of onion on it and thought it was all good the person was supposed to be in charge said he didn’t want to be there and he was half asleep I could tell unbelievably bad Jesus gentlemen do better
