I came in this past month and…WOW I ordered a hot shot and I got charged for something like a “spicy Italian” which is NOT what I wanted. SUBWAY, TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES PROPERLY. I find it EXTREMELY inappropriate that Subway advertises itself as FAMILY FRIENDLY when this location is right next to a CLUB! How BIZARRE! Children should not be subjected to alcohol!!!! At a Subway no less!! I never expected a Subway in the ATL (Georgia State University) could be as bad as this.

Busy Sunday night at this Subway (December 7th). First time at this location. Two young gals were working (one blonde, one auburn haired) and there was a constant flow of people in and through the drive-thru. They were so friendly, positive, and apologized for the (not at all long) wait. My husband and I were headed to a show and wanted a quick dinner. As my husband said “this Subway sandwich has no business being this good.” Honestly may have been the best Subway sandwich we’ve ever had. Yummy, crisp veggies, and just the right amount of spicy Italian meat. Bathroom clean, as was the cafe. Really impressed all the way around.

When I visited, it was Sunday evening I pulled up. I was the only vehicle in the drive-through. The lady said can you please give me a minute so I said yes proceeded to take 25 minutes until she took my order, then when I pulled up to the window, there was no one in the lobby, so I don’t know why it took so long to take an order for one sandwich so I probably won’t be coming back to this location with that kind of service.

It’s baffling how mismanaged this location is.

Drive through and lobby stacked up because the incompetent franchisee only staffs one person on a busy weekend.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received during my recent visit to this Subway location. My experience was completely unacceptable, all due to one employee—Adrian.

I arrived 15 minutes before closing to order two simple sandwiches. Rather than greeting us or acknowledging our presence, Adrian had us wait for 10 minutes while he made sandwiches for other customers. After that, instead of taking our order, he told us we should go to a different Subway location because he didn’t have time to make two sandwiches. Completely unprofessional.

Eventually, after some pushback, Adrian reluctantly agreed to make both sandwiches—but not without a visibly bad attitude and zero courtesy. It was clear he just wanted to leave early and had no interest in doing his job properly.

I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but this kind of service should not be acceptable. If employees like Adrian can’t handle basic customer service, they shouldn’t be working in a customer-facing role. I’d also like to add that the 2 sandwiches he made were extremely messy and sloppy.

Do better, Subway—your customers deserve respect no matter what time they walk in the door.

The employees were top notch. Always! But the manager they have? She seems extremely lazy and super rude to her employees. Not sure what her plans are or her issues with her employees. It just looked to me like she didn’t want to do the work and was blaming it on her teenage staff. In my opinion? Being in a management position for our younger generation, she should be more of an advocate than break them down in front of customers. It was extremely uncomfortable for all of us.
