Shortage of olives Girls were very welcoming today. Was quite strange to see the sandwich maker wearing skull pj’s bottoms. She had very big wings for eyeliner, may be her “look” she was gping for, but somewhat unprofessional.

The manager Alicia took care of us tonight (01-20-25) and it honestly was one of the best experiences at this location in a long time! She made great conversation with my fiancé and I, made our food in a timely manner and was overall so humble! Thank you so much Alicia!

I ordered through the app on my way to work. I walked into the store to pick up my food. There was no one there, just one worker standing sullenly in the doorway. I said hello. He rolled his eyes and said nothing. I picked up my order off of the shelf. Checked to see if the items were in it, and left. I said thank you as I left, and this employee who clearly didn’t want to be there shortly said “yeah”. I had even tipped him and he still behaved this way towards me.
I get to work and open my sandwich. I had ordered a spicy Italian, and to my dismay, he had made me a meatball. That isn’t even close. So I opened up the app to see if I could get a refund. I took photos of the sandwich and my order receipt, which clearly stated that I had ordered the spicy Italian.
The next day, I received what was clearly an automatic response that basically said “sorry you weren’t satisfied. We’ll pass it on”. That’s it. No refund. No offer of a free sandwich. Nothing. I think I’m done with Subway. And I eat there…a lot.

Friday March 25th close to closing time
From bad service to ridiculous excuses..
Being asked if I’m going to hurry and order was rude, I understand it was 10 min to closing but my daughter wanted a tuna sandwich so I tried to ignore the attitude.
When I asked for a tuna the girl informs me that she already put the scoop away and she can’t make a tuna or meatball sandwich. I understand getting ready to close but that is ridiculous and incredibly lazy, a plastic spoon would do the trick. I feel sorry for whoever has to deal with that person and I would urge the owner to consider replacing this employee with someone who doesn’t mind lifting their arm.
I ended up leaving and I’m glad I didn’t spend any money.

This location is nice and quiet. Never had a bad sandwich here. There is a kid that works here a few days a week that has great customer service. He is very nice and puts the perfect amount of sides and sauces on my sandwich.

Man I gotta say I haven’t been let down by a single Subway yet! I’ve been let down by some other restaurant franchises. Like sometimes the one across town sucks compared to another store. All Subways just all do it right!

Your cashier KODA needs a serious attitude check. When asked to repeat options she said “omg am I really that quiet?” I said yes, and the music is a bit loud, sorry..When asked about bread choices she repeated it 3x even after I’d made my choice and when I apologized again and said I didn’t see the list, she pointed to the sign and said “it’s right there”. Sighed and rolled her eyes when I asked for a bit more onions. We had multiple sandwiches and I kindly asked they be marked on the wrappers and she said “we don’t do that.” I found that odd but she said “if you really want me to..” and grabs a bill checking marker so it hardly shows up. I simply let her know and she said “I don’t know, I just work here.” The entire interaction she was extremely condescending, inconvenienced and rude. Instead of her male coworker helping with the order, he ran to the back to play on his phone after having loudly tapped his fingers over and over on the register screen while we needed time to choose our order. Thanks for your help Koda! If you hate it so much, why don’t you just quit??

Went in at 2:10PM Saturday August 14th. The girl working there was extremely professional and made sure my sandwich was made perfectly. The boy working there… or should I say taking up space there was just standing around talking to his friends. I overheard the conversation and he was bragging about just getting out of jail and how he was on probation for stealing a car and drifting it. He asked me what he could make for me and when I stated what sandwich I wanted he walked away and told the girl what I wanted and for her to make it because he didn’t want to. He then disappeared into the back. It’s apparent that he doesn’t want to be there. As a small business owner I wouldn’t put up with that kind of work ethic. The sandwich was good as usual and the girl was very nice I’d have given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the other punk.

Yesterday we had our 2nd run in with an employee who lacks people skills. I ordered a BLT and he was very upset. Said they do not have a BLT option anymore, only a veggie add bacon. Which was fine, I told him I knew this and typically that’s how it’s rang up to which he replied aggressively that he wants people to stop saying BLT…to which I then pointed out there menu on the wall still shows BLT as an option….the entire encounter was just odd and he made a very poor sandwich…not sure if it was intentional or not.

Danny was VERRRYY RUDE!!! The girl working was very nice I didn’t catch her name. Danny was throwing things into the bins, slamming things on the counter. Our sandwiches that he made were falling out of the bread. Had to have the girl rewrap a sandwich. Super bad experience we got 6 sandwiches spent over $70 to be treated poorly but a young kid being very rude and making bad food.
