At least the sandwich was toasted. Ordered online, store did not follow special requests and missed half of the toppings on one sandwich and all 5 sandwiches were slathered in sauce (some that we didnt ask for). Had to cut them up to eat. Probably will just order Jersey Mike’s next time.

Not prioritizing online or delivery orders. Came in and they said sorry online orders are going to be awhile as they continued to start making the orders of new walk in customers instead of getting started on mine. Yikes! These online / delivery orders are to be made in the order they come in just as if it was a customer standing in front of you. Otherwise it makes no sense to offer this service which is to “skip the line” Owner > Managers > Staff (let’s get this training done and get this problem under control)

Look when someone orders a $10 sandwich it should be worth $10. I ordered the sweet onion chicken teriyaki footlong and there was almost no meat. I tried calling them and all I got was a busy tone. I ordered about 30min Before they close. So you would think that they would want to get rid of their meat before closing,. Its like they don’t even care to satisfy their customers at all!
