They only ever have one employee. We order online and still have to wait behind ppl in the store to go first. Our order should have been put in line when it came in. Not make it after we wait in line for a bunch of other ppl. We placed it 45 minutes ago. I guarantee these ppl haven’t been in line 45 minutes. How is that fair to the online order people, especially if they are coming on a lunch break. And we ordered it 20 minutes prior to showing up. Hire more people or figure out a better system!

I love subway. But this subway has almost completely turned me off the establishment. The first time I had a bad experience, I waited in line with 6 other people while the employees behind the counter made several online orders over the customers in the store. I ended up leaving after the manager seemingly told the girl behind the counter to “finish these” and walks into the back.

The next time I thought I would be proactive and order online. I submitted my order and gave it about 30 minutes in case it was busy again. I looked and it said it was ready for pick up. I drove to the location which was another 7 or so minutes away. At this point almost 40 minutes have passed. I go inside to small line this time. I walk to the pickup area and there’s nothing. I stand around until the employee finished with the current customer. I quickly asked about my online order. The kid tells me “yeah no that’s not ready. You can wait 5 minutes for it” and asks the next customer what they would like to order. So I am now waiting up to an hour for sandwich that I have already paid for? When the first time you made us all wait while you made online orders? Zero consistency. I had to call and get a refund because the kid blatantly ignored me. Definitely do not recommend this location.

Its been at least 3 years since I’ve gotten what I ordered without mistakes. Half the time it’s not edible. This time I ordered a basic ham and cheese. I wrote down the bread just like it is called in the menu. Artisan italian-white bread. I got Italian herb and cheese. When I opened the sandwich there was 3 slices of ham so thin you could read through it. I’m done with subway. Tired of paying for food that isn’t edible.

This is the first time at this subway. The young man there would not take coupons that were on my phone,I take a picture of the QR code and never had a issue before. That is completely fine.It was just slightly off putting.

The problem was the food was less than attractive. I ordered a few sandwiches and the turkey healing had a couple pieces left in the pan and it was cross contaminated with other ingredients

The same goes for other items in the food tray. I was going out of town on a trip and this was my last stop so I was slightly cautious but I was still hopeful that I would be okay.

I Will tell you that was not the case.Because I got food poisoning.
Please do not, Go to this location.I’ve been to many and I am a normal Subway customer.This was the worst experience i’ve ever had.

Frequently order food for dinner from this location as it is close to my work. 9/10 times have 0 issues. Order is correct, portion is good, ingredients fresh. When I do encounter a situation where they don’t have an ingredient I requested, they are communicative and apologetic every time. That’s not very common when you’re having food delivered and not actually there face-to-face with the employees, so I want to give kudos to the employees at the store for always making sure to leave a note and an apology and substituting to make things right without having to be asked

Had my daughter go and get some sandwiches from our local Subway in kuna and wanted to order the oven roasted Turkey and a BLT and also wanted to use the coupon that they sent us in the mail. And you made my daughter cry the way she was treated by the manager.
Apparently they no longer have either sandwiches which both are listed and wouldn’t except the coupon. The manager was a complete jerk to her he made the sandwiches as a special order and with attitude! The people waiting behind left once they seen how my daughter was treated. The two young men working were on her side also as clearly it’s on the menu and listed as a local favorite. I did go and return the sandwiches and the manager had already left. The two young men acted like professionals and agreed the manager was out of line. Needless to say Jersey Mike was our next move and they will be our permanent place.

Look when someone orders a $10 sandwich it should be worth $10. I ordered the sweet onion chicken teriyaki footlong and there was almost no meat. I tried calling them and all I got was a busy tone. I ordered about 30min Before they close. So you would think that they would want to get rid of their meat before closing,. Its like they don’t even care to satisfy their customers at all!

Young gentleman inside was very kind. Excellent customer service. The bread wasn’t quite ready he took his time to very kindly explain. I’m beyond amazed at this young kids charisma. I’m sorry I didn’t catch he’s name he was there on may 17th opening. I just wanted to say thank you. Kindness is more important than some think.

So disappointed no more tortillas. So you can get a wrap on flat bread. Well flat bread doesn’t hold all the food inside like a tortilla. So it all squeezed out the other end. Such a mess. Plus the flat bread is very chewy. Not the same at all. Not to mention that $27 for 2 sandwiches, no drinks, no chips, and no cookies, is very pricey.

This Subway used to be meh and I’d avoid it. I’m so glad I decided to go tonight because a woman named Gabby was working and she was amazing. What a ray of sunshine!! If she’s not manager yet, she should be. She was so friendly, upbeat, and helpful! She made it known she’s very grateful to work here. I’ll be back! I’ll call ahead to see if Gabby is working though.
