The inconsistency is criminal. Missing veggies, meat, and sauce today. Dry, overcooked and burnt italian cheese bread. Saddest sandwhich I’ve gotten here. Sandwich not cut in half. Called to ask about a sandwich exchange and maybe a comped drink or discount for the next visit – nope, no sir, no can do. So i return my sandwhich, and the goldstar manager refunded the drink with it, so thanks for the comped large drink and sandwhich refund

My son and I went in there on 2/10/2026 9:40am and ordered two sandwiches. When my son was asking for his mayonnaise to be put on the sandwich a certain way. The guy told him no that the sandwich would not close right. The guy then got really rude about it when I told him to just put it on the sandwich and we don’t care if it closes right. He said no and put on the mayo the way he wanted. I then told my son we were leaving if he couldn’t make a sandwich the way my son wanted. The employee then told me I was not welcome there anymore. This is really upsetting because my son and I go in this place everyday and he gets the same sandwich everyday.

The girls did great. The problem is that there are flies everywhere. I understand that’s tough to manage, but flies are all over the food, landed on everyone’s sandwiches while being made. Just disgusting. They need to do something. Front door was disgustingly dirty. Manager is failing.

Online ordered asked for white didn’t get that. Also said light on the mayo, and mustard. Clearly was not done. Sandwich was just stopped together. When I went to pick the sandwiches up was glared at and asked my name then shoved the sandwiches and walked off… they were not to busy at all and both employees were just so ungrateful…. next time I will go in to make sure it’s done right.

Was super impressed came in with a group of six and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Made all six sandwiches in record speeds and even remember every sandwich when we went to pay. Only constructive criticism we have is that the Italian herb and cheese bread was a little stale on the ends. But other than that I definitely give this subway five outta five stars! Thank you for a pretty great meal! Love how they have outside seating…… Oh and on a side note…. the bathroom doesn’t have a changing table so not accommodating for people with babys.

Worst cold cut combo I’ve ever had! Apparently it’s better to walk in instead of using the drive thru so you can watch what they’re doing. I only got the cheapest cut of meat and not the other meats that were supposed to be on it!

We stop by this subway on our way to owyhee, Nv about every other week. Sorry to say today at 11:32 the place was dirty and really dirty. No tables clean, no napkins, no small lids, the pop drain was dirty and really need to be cleaned, stuff on the floor(needed to be swept). The sandwich was Great as usual. I wish I would have taken pictures. They were not busy so not sure what was going on. We will try it again next week but if it continues to as dirty as it was today we won’t be back. PLEASE GET THE DINNING AREA CLEANED UP.

The evening we went in there were two employees. There were several other customers before us.. the employees did a great job of efficiently getting orders made and out. The employees were happy,courteous, and professional. We had 5 different sandwiches some old stand bys and a couple new menu items.
