I have never had an issue going to the subway before, so I can’t give this a super low rating because every of the time has been wonderful. But the night crew this night was extremely inefficient at customer service and easily distracted. It is also extremely frustrating when I get the same egg and cheese sandwich every time and this time they tried to put only two egg patties on my foot-long, and when I told him that it was usually more, I got a very judgmental look, and they proceeded only place three patties on the sandwich when I know for a fact that it is four for a foot-long. I understand that some of the restaurants use pre-cooked patties versus cooked patties, but this is something that should be trained for across different subways if different people are going to be covering different stores, or at a minimum look at the guide that I’m sure exist to show how many patties should be placed. overall the two ladies who are working that night really need to up there efficiency and if you are going to be having a conversation with the customers, please make sure that you are also doing your job so that way the customer behind is not standing and waiting for their one sandwich should be rung up while you are having a full conversation while not ringing up any of their orders.

I went in for a simple veggie delight and left with a sandwich with bread that sounds like a rock when placed on a plate and vegetables so frozen I could have just eaten an ice cube. The bread was in no way fresh or quite possibly not even baked in this decade. The vegetables had frost all over and were so frozen they couldn’t even be bitten into. I will never be going back to this nasty location.

i ordered online around 12pm and it said it wouldnt be ready until 12:30pm. thats fine whatever. i walk in and tell me why my sandwich is just sitting on the counter? i told them i was there for an online order and she said “oh yeah” and then put on gloves to finish my sandwich. my sandwiches are cold when i got home (2 minute drive) when they were both toasted.

Horrible go somewhere else. Staff is friendly and professional, very quick as well. But this is the only subway that I have went to that makes it’s employees weight the meat. Owner even went as far as putting a camera right over the station.
