Silver Star-Burst
I ordered a sandwich in here the other day. The single employee behind the counter was nice enough, but it was like she didn’t know how to make a sandwich or it was her first time doing it alone. The cheese, which was square for some reason, she put it on diagonally so that a lot of it hung off the sandwich, and when she put the rotisserie chicken on, she decided before the end of the footlong that she must’ve put too much chicken on, because she stopped, leaving one end of the sandwich with hardly any chicken. I understand that companies are looking to turn a quick buck, but for $13+, I expect BOTH ends of a footlong to eat like a whole sandwich, not like I’m going to eat the whole thing and want to give up before the end. I was sharing the footlong and one of us didn’t get much sandwich in our sandwich…

Glitchy, app. Also, it doesn’t make it clear that the combo is either cookies or chips. I figured it likely was “or” so I tried selecting the chips as part of the meal and then ordering cookies as an extra. Ok the screen looked like the order was correct, but with all the glitches maybe it changed. Then at pickup the receipt didn’t show that chips were ordered and it still charged for the cookies. Then the paper bag that the sandwiches were creamed in was so small it was impossible to see inside so we didn’t notice until we got home that 2 of the 4 cookies paid for were not in the bag. Plus the “large” soda is actually a “small” in a “large” cup with extra extra extra extra ice.
Now I remember why I don’t eat at Subway anyway more .
I wonder , does maybe Subway reserve the actual “customer service” for special “certain” customers???
Something reminding me… wasn’t Subway’s mascot (mascot ) charged with something like being a Fiddler of some kind?
Anyway, I digress . Point is, won’t be eating at or recommending Subway. Over $40 for 2 sandwiches isn’t really a good value. Good sandwich… just not $20 good. Only one individual’s opinion though.

Friendly service. Toppings for the sandwiches were fresh. They have made a few additions to the menu like the bbq sub. I thought that might be interesting possibly a little like a McRib only healthier because it’s from subway.

If I could rate 0 i would. I did an online order got the confirmation email and had the money taken out of my account. When I went to go get it the employee said they didn’t receive it. I showed him the receipt and how it was taken out of my account and he said there was nothing they could do because they didn’t receive it in their end. They would not give me a refund nor make the sandwich. Thank you so much for the “amazing” service.

This subway is exceptional. I went to this location because a friend had recommended it to me. Sandy, who helped prepare my order, is the best and knows how to offer great customer service! All the staff here were so kind. I came in with several orders for coworkers and they were efficient and helped me get just the right sandwiches for me and my coworkers. This location definitely stands out among a lot of the local subways.

Will not be back. A staff member completely wasted my time Friday morning. If management/ownership is so concerned about online orders being stolen, they need to place the pickup rack behind the POS system and make people ask for it at the counter when they come in. Ridiculous.

So we pulled up drive through waited turned off my car because they usually male the sandwich at the order box. No answer and it 130 pm not too busy no line or anything. Then I pull up and look over to see 4 to 5 workers then I wait another 2 mins so I pull out my phone to record them staring at me. Finally someone comes up sorry can I help you.. yeah trying to order do u need me to go back around no its fine I can take it okay awesome I see a car behind me probably trying to order then someone else comes back takes my money she gives me my sandwich lady that took my order. I already can tell by her look it wasn’t made right with only the 4 ingredients I requested. So I take pictures then someone else comes back and ask sorry is something wrong yeah they are not done with the right ingredients oh okay sorry what was it just no green peppers on any one. Okay ill make it again can you pull around we will take them out. Now a huge line and tons of people. For 2 foot longs. I should of left I shouldn’t write this complaint but I am hopeful the owner will want to fix the issues with this restaurant.

I have been going to this store for awhile now and the service an food have always been Top Notch, and Rachel the manager has always handle everything with a class act service and smile even when she is short handed, she needs a applause for her work.
