Bunch of highschoolers that are unable to take a call in order to be picked up 2 days beforehand. Clearly did not care. I don’t expect much from a subway but this is just so stupid. Why bother offering catering when they can’t even fulfill on it. Hire someone capable of taking an order.

The service we just received was terrible. The employees were extremely rude. Asked for yellow peppers and they put on green peppers. We said,” oh sorry I wanted yellow peppers can you please take the peppers off.” With attitude she threw the yellow peppers on top rolled the sand which up and literally threw it on the counter. The sandwiches were so full that everything was falling out and the sauce wasn’t hardly even in the sandwich’s.

I prefer ordering online and just picking up the food as opposed to dining at the restaurant. We ordered from the subway in Buhl, ID and the food was good. They didn’t cut one of the sandwiches but other than that there were no complaints 🙂 Subway remains one of my favorites. I do wish the online ordering experience worked a little better though. Both the app and the website will occasionally freeze on the payment page and one time it even charged me three separate times for the same order. The money was eventually refunded although the situation was still frustrating. Thank you.

Always consistent and fresh. Only one guy working when I visited, but he was awesome, friendly, and we had a great conversation the short time I was there. I returned three weeks later, the same young man was there, even friendlier than before. The spicy Italian footlong I ordered was perfect!

I walked in, was greeted, and was treated very well. I got a 6 in. Meatball sub. I brought it home to eat it because I knew it would be messy. It turned out to be one of the best subs I have ever had. I even called them to tell them how good it was. I’m definitely going back.

Came in for a pickup order today at lunch time. The restaurant was packed, there were only two younger girls running the place and they did a fantastic job with everything!! Great customer service, cool calm and collected, super positive and polite.

Ordered an item that was 1/2 hard as a rock and 1/2 almost raw. Actually almost choked on the food. Sent in a complaint. The reply I got basically said sorry oh well, and offered no options to make it right. Ordered my food in the app, none of the workers even looked at me when I walked in.
Horrible experience.
I do NOT recommend this subway, go to Filer or Twin Falls.
Update: There are multiple places to eat, including a Dominos in the same parking lot.

Foods good staff are good and friendly and Professional but now they’re not carrying shredded mozzarella and Swiss cheese anymore not to mention I wish they would bring back the 9 grain honey oat. But whats next rotisserie chicken? Pepperoni.

I had the most best experience today by phone. I feel bad I forgot the young girls name . But I haven’t gotten anything from Subway for at least 5 months due to being ill. First bone spurs then finally a total hip replacement. I called in a order for a sub today and the girl on the other end was so sweet made my day and lifted my spirits. My boyfriend met her when he picked up the order. We both thank you for your kindness.
