Not happy with this Subway at all. Found a star washer on my sandwich, tried to call Subway, their customer service does not accept calls said to write to them on their website. I filed a complaint. The Night Shift Jesse every time I go in, he says they don’t have pizzas and then now he’s saying they don’t have nachos and he makes a sandwich sandwiches horrible and doesn’t even put any time into him and every time I go in he has attitude and is just straight up mean but when I go in on other nights and Tommy is there, I get my pizzas and nachos. Probably not the wisest choice to at this particular subway. The lady making the sandwiches seems nice, but the cashier doesn’t know how to count, make change, or give a receipt. ♂️. Subways are expensive enough, I don’t think they should hold your change ransom because they don’t know how to make change.

Day #1
The other day,I came in and asked for fresh tuna because the tuna that was out ,looked like it’s been out since early morning,and it was all the way down to the bottom,just didn’t look appetizing. So I asked the young lady if she can get fresh tuna from the back, because it’s covered and is a lot more fresh than what’s currently out here. She said “well it’s the same thing” and scooped up the tuna anyway and put it on the bread with attitude.
Day #2
Today, I walked into the same establishment, hoping I would run into a new employee or at least someone who knows what customer service means. I stood behind a lady in line who appeared as though she was standing their for quite awhile. The same employee who had the attitude last time,also had one today and rolled her eyes while I was waiting to place my order. Minutes go by,and her coworker told us “be with you in a minute” while shes washing her hands….then she’s literally spaced out looking outside while drying her hands…at this point I’m already starting to walk out of the door, and turned around just to be sure,but yup…noone engaged either of us,so we both walked out.
Absolutely ridiculous behaviors, especially in the customer service field.
I don’t, and I will not recommend this particular location.

Received great customer service and a friendly attitude from Gabby today. Tried to leave a tip but I guess this is not allowed for some reason…….I’d say in today’s world if your business finds an employee capable of providing great customer service, allow them to also accept tips because “good” customer service is getting harder to find.

Maribel was so good, she was so intuitive in helping us when we said we were splitting a sandwich she just put them in 2 wrappers without us saying anything. She was so kind and quick!
