Went in to order food here and there wasn’t an employee anywhere to be found. When the two women came out from the back, one was on her phone and walked right past us. The other stepped up to the counter and before we could even say what we wanted, she asked what kind of cheese we wanted? When we told her we hadn’t even told her what kind of bread or anything yet, she had an attitude about it and the bread she got out for us, she opened up and put right on the counter with no paper underneath. We told her nevermind because we felt like she made us feel like we were bothering her. She picked the bread back up and put in right back on the shelf. She never made eye contact with us once. We will never be back. Bad attitudes and unsanitary conditions from the associates.

So, went there 3 minutes before “closing,” and ok yeah it was right before closing but I was not close enough to any other subway, Google said they were open until 10pm and they aren’t. It’s 9pm- all of them are 9pm in twin falls. They were already lights out, everything closed/shut down. I know this is not ok to do as a chain business for the Better Business Bueauro. Will be reporting because I’m hangry

I’ve used the drive-thru here a few times before and always had some trouble with it, but this time was not acceptable service from the man operating the drive-thru menu. We first pull up and he told us to wait a minute as he was attending something else first. Few minutes pass and he asks us what he could get for us. We start ordering and it’s going smoothly, I then ordered ‘the boss’ as they have advertised on the menu. He starts asking how I would like everything on it. We told him “just as it says on the menu” he then followed that up with about a minute of silence (which I didn’t think much of at first) then blurts out of nowhere in a rude manner “pull up to the window.” We weren’t even done with our order yet sir. Luckily the lady at the window was nice enough to finish our order for us but we are not impressed with that young man.

A very good Subway. Counterperson was friendly, efficient, and made a nice sub and a very nice protein bowl. Building area was clean, counter was clean, veggies were fresh, oven was clean. Not a negative to be seen. Definitely will be returning. Good job.

Online order. One sandwich double meat, double cheese… got it home and it had less meat than the other sandwich that was a regular. The regular sandwich was requested with mayo, oil & vinegar, and salt & pepper. It came with none of that. Top it off the bread was hard as a rock. Driest sandwich in the history of sandwiches even with lettuce the sandwich was drier than a freaking desert.

My sister and I got to subway at 7:08, we stood in front of the conter where an employee (the nametag said Neil) was making some sandwiches for what im assuming was an online order. We didn’t get greeted or anything. We stood there wondering if subway was closed so my sister asked the worker if they were still open, the worker rudely responded with yes. We stood at the counter for a few more minutes then went to sit down as the employee still hadn’t greeted us or said they will be just a minute. At 7:21 we were still sitting down and the employee didn’t say anything. We left at 7:22. I am very disappointed at the costumer service. I understand they had online orders to complete, but I was in that store for about 15 minutes and I felt as if the employee didn’t even acknowledge us.

Food was good, however the rudeness of service is by far the worse. I went in here 3 weeks ago( I put review on wrong store so rewriting for this store as this was the correct store) to order 2 sandwiches for my bf and I . Immediately noticed the attitude of employees. The one at register as I was waiting tossed his headphone(drive through mic) off aggressively placing on counter asked in tone what Bread I wanted told him, he again smacked the loafs down on serving counter and did so with each item I asked for.. I almost walked out due to this and went farther from my work to get one somewhere else!!
It was to the point I did not finish my order.. I will absolutely not be coming back to this subway!
Poor poor employee manners!! Yes I’ve worked in food service both cook and service! Unacceptable!

The sandwiches were really good. However, the staff was not friendly at all. My friends and I went in on Thursday, May 26th around 12. The lady who started our sandwiches was really unprofessional. She looked like a manager and she had an attitude when one of my friends said the sandwich name wrong. As we were eating our sandwiches, we continued to hear her give attitude to the other customers. We even heard her call a customer an “ass hole”. It seemed like a joking manner, but she said it loud enough the whole store looked at her. Not impressed.
