Do not go to this location and order a SALAD without specifying you want lettuce in your SALAD. Do not order a subway club salad if you want ham/turkey you will get roast beef instead

had several disappointing experiences at this Subway location. On multiple visits, a particular employee has been consistently rude to customers and employees. I order online ahead of time and they have not received my order on multiple occasions. This particular employee always acts put off and annoyed that I’m even there asking for the order ive paid for. She is very rude to the other employees and says things like “she is new and slow and I’m the only one making sandwiches so there’s a long wait”. I’ve held a customer service role my entire career, including the food service industry and this behavior goes beyond unprofessional. I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that management addresses the issue and improves customer service at this location. I would like to continue visiting, but the current environment makes that difficult

I order from this subway at least 3 times a month and I can personally say the service here is absolutely outstanding. I have gone to every other subway location in twin falls and they are so slow and the service sucks. But every single time I go to this specific subway they are so fast and truly care about all of their customers. I love this subway and I will always recommend it to everyone.

The hard working people on lunch shift are always so busy and yet still find time to produce a quality sandwich.

There needs more training on changing gloves/ sanitizing. The employee that made my food was very friendly and a hard worker and i apreeaciate his service, but the only disgusting thing I noticed was that his gloves were all over the window frame all over the pins while looking for a good pin through a cup full of them and at the same time while he was writing down my order on the window frame the frame was coverd in finger prints ,grease dirt and other nasty crap. the employee then walked away and grabbed his pants and his dirty apron a few times and moved his belt around and continued making my sandwich with the same gloves and grabbing vegetables. He had a very difficult time taking my order and made both sandwiches wrong. He was by himself. I think maybe there should have been a supervisor with him or someone who could help him take orders and train him at the same time. Makes me wonder how many times this will happen with poor training. Getting sick from food poison is pretty serious!! I really hope Subway can get their training in order because one time was enough for this to happen. , I will return in the future but not soon. I’m not sure when, but I hope this reaches out to Subway soon so that no one gets sick from the poor training on being sanitary. I submitted a picture if u look down on the window frame u will see finger prints and probably other nasty stuff like elbows and dirt. This is where they keep leaning on and touching with their gloves and after making your sandwiches.!!

There is a young man that works there that does not like his job. He is tall with dark hair. He was on his phone when I was waiting to pick up my order and he had a very rude tone. My sandwich didn’t have oil, vinegar or Oregon on it like the order said and I do not want to go back into town to have him put what they forgot in the first place on it again. That’s gas I do not have to waste. He was also very rude on the phone and when I told him that my sandwich had something’s missing he just said “name” in a very rude tone. I switched my tone to match his very quick. I asked if there was anything else we could do besides me going there and he said, “it’s just oil, vinegar, and oregano” the. I hung up. I’m not gonna get treated like that. Very unimpressed

Came in tonight and had the best service I’ve EVER had at this location. Daniel was the young man, he was professional, attentive and his demeanor was outstanding! Even watching him sweep, he didn’t cut corners. I believe he must be a new hire because he was being shown closing procedures while we sat in the lobby to eat. Hard to find workers with those qualities! Keep up the amazing job!

So disappointed, my family and I love eating at subway and have been going to the Kimberly road store since we moved here. Tonight we went in at 7:56pm and watched one of the workers come inside from just smoking in the parking lot and skipped the sink and straight to the gloves he went. I completely understand needing a break, that’s not the problem. The fact that it only takes 30 seconds to wash your hands and the fact that you didn’t even consider washing before preparing another customers meal, that’s the problem.

Worst drive-through experience of my life. I feel like I was in the drive-through for hours. Obviously that’s exaggerated, but it sure felt like it. I genuinely think I was there for 30-45 min, with no one in front or behind us, and no customers inside. We had 4 subs. How hard can that be? The guy taking our order seemed like he was out of his mind. Maybe he was new? He sure didn’t seem to care about anything either. Asked us the same questions over, and over again. I am not sure if you guys record the intercom, but if you do you should definitely take a listen. I love coming to Subway. Always fast, and food is good 9/10 times, but if I knew I was going to have another experience like this, I would never go back.

Decent quality… first time eating at a Subway after the launch of the “new” menu. The two behind the counter… Dicey? and I can’t remember the shift leads name (apparently he’s from Texas and calls shopping carts buggies – I still want to call them trolleys for fun) were great. Thank you for putting smiles on our faces.
