From the FRESHEST BREAD EVER to the two sweet gals that work there.. did I mention I have never had more fresh bread than I did here today? The restaurant is clean, not too hot or cold and the music was the best even. I will be coming back here again! Thanks Gabby and Bianca!

Krystal Raygen and amberie really went above and beyond tonight the card reader wasn’t working so instead of pushing us out of the store they hooked us up with our order for free which really helped us out cause it was super late and we had just got done packing up our camper and had a long drive ahead of us we definitely think this is the best subway store we’ve ever been to they really knocked it outta the park for us thank you!

I was traveling through malad on my way to Yellowstone. I stopped to get subway and this nice guy wa was working. His name tag read jayson and he recommended me some good subs with special ways to make them. I of course paid the extra. But he was an awesome worker. I’d definitely come back if I knew he was working. He definitely deserves a raise

Worst sandwich I’ve ever had. Would not recommend eating here. Tonight, I ordered the Honey mustard Chicken sub combo…surprise, the heated sandwich had cold chunks of chicken in it—tasteless too. The Sprite was carbonated water with no flavor. Unfortunately, I found this all out while I was driving on the interstate. Called the store…they said they would adjust the soda machine and they would make a note to heat the sandwich longer. Thanks, but no thanks for that type of customer service.

The light haired boy who worked saturday 10/ 19. Was so great. I didn’t know what i wanted and he said he could choose for me. I agreed…. perfect sandwich. Was so fresh and yummy. But what I really liked was that he was working and treated me like a person while a gal, young and another boy, who was sitting on the movable tray, just played on their phone. Good job to the who served me. Great kid and even joked with me. Thank you mystery man.

First time stopping in Malad enroute to SLC. Ended up having lunch here and it was very pleasant. The staff were very efficient and gracious (at the same time!). My sandwich was expertly prepared and the ingredients were obviously fresh. We will make a point of stopping here on future trips!
