Continued to roll his eyes and look at us in disgust
It took everything in me not to snap because being a person in color right now is already hard enough I’d hate to to think he was just being racist towards us but that’s exactly what it was , I will never come here again no recommend it to anyone . How embarrassing , hopefully they fix this issue but I wish I could give zero stars .
1: they never get orders right. I understand small mistakes as I have work in the food industry for a long time. If it was something small it wouldn’t be an issue at all, but it’s every single sub every single time.
2: if they have messed up your sub you have to come back to the store to let them know. Why? Because they UNPLUGG the phone lines. I never called them prior to this time I went because 4 subs were completely wrong after we had ordered online. When I called the phone line disconnected, my friend called and it rug through and then disconnected and beeps like it does when you’ve been blocked.
You physically cannot reach them over the phone. Most of the workers are around 16-17 and one went to school with my sister and bragged about unplugging the phone lines before so he “didnt have to deal with it.”
3: they refuse to remake subs or offer refunds.
4: if a sub is wrong (i.e.: don’t add bacon, or smashed avocado) they will still charge you for it and refuse to either add it to your sub or give a partial refund.
I hate causing scenes and I just wanted to know if we could go pick up the right order instead of a refund but I couldn’t even get through to them a single time on the phone. And we live about 30 mins away and don’t want to make the trip there just to be told that they won’t do anything
We ordered 4 sandwichs online. They made them fairly quickly which we were surprised. Come to find out that all but my sandwich was made incorrectly. Went to call the store to let them know, and they disconnected the phone so no one can call them. Im not driving back to the location as my vehicle is a gas guzzler.
This isnt the first time we’ve had our sandwichs made incorrectly, nor is it the first time the location would take any calls.
