girl who made our sandwiches was very rude. Have the other girl come make mine who dropped all of my toppings when she moved the sandwich onto the counter and then put them back on. When I was asking the girl a question she yelled in the background said no you can’t do that. Very very unprofessional was swearing the entire time charged me $19 for a foot-long and a 6 inch.

first of all the lady who helped us was more interested in the papa johns pizza guy behind us in line than making our sandwich. second of all i don’t even know how this lady got a job making sandwiches because you can barely call the monstrosity of what we got a sandwich. she PILED on random toppings in different parts of the sandwich so there’s like a pile of lettuce on one end and a few slices of turkey on the other. don’t even get me started on the two heaping globs of avocado that she didn’t bother to spread out. i wish i could explain how crazy and bad this sandwich was.

We have placed to go orders before and the food was okay but they have either left things off or barely put any sauce on. This last time we were out of town and accidentally placed the order right before opening, we called 10 times between 10am and 8 pm and they never answered the phone. I had to go in the next day because they still wouldn’t answer the phones. The employee called the manager right in front of me and they said they would be in the next day and would take care of it, and to get my info and order number. Next day, no call, no refund. 2 days later I had to call back to back 4 times for them to answer and had to give them all my info again which tells me they most likely threw my info away and hoped I’d drop it. The manager was super rude and annoyed with me but took my info to pass on to her manager to see how to resolve it. The assistant GM called me and said I could come in for a cash refund the next day. We have a new born so I sent my husband and the assistant GM was extremely rude and condescending, lied saying we have not picked up our orders several times which isn’t true and then scolded him saying if it happens again to call right away so she can resolve it right then. When he reminded her that we had called all day long with no answer, she then got super defensive and snippy saying they were too busy and couldn’t hear the phone. She lacked all tact and took no responsibility. I understand it was our fault for not double checking the address before submitting the order but could have been easily fixed had they just answered their phones. I wouldn’t even be writing a review had it not taken 6 days to resolve and her being so rude. Bold on their part considering we have 3 subways in a 3 mile radius. Definitely will not be returning.

Ordered the pepperoni dippers. Listed price $3.
Ordered a M drink. Listed price $2.59.
The server, who was alone, could not find the nachos, never mentioned same situation for the dippers, on the register. Told me he would ring it up as a ham sandwich as it was close in price. I didn’t think anything of it at the time.
Took my food and went home. I checked my receipt later.
Was charged $5.99 for the nachos, $0.99 more than the list price. Was also charged $5.99 for the dippers, $2.99 more than the list price. Which he neglected to tell me he was going to do. He also neglected to give me the dipping sauce for the dippers. Which is arguably the main part of the dippers.
All told I was charged almost $4 more for my meal than what it should have been.
On the plus side, the soft drink was excellent. But then again, that was self serve.

Service was fantastic the man’s face tattoos couldn’t hide his big smile and welcoming attitude. Food tasted fantastic and he made sure we got every vegetable we asked for. He even toasted our sandwich for half the time as we requested. Was very satisfied with the service at this location.

Came in, no one was there, waited a bit, a girl came up texting, sat in-front of us leaning up on the counter, kept texting for 5 more minutes before moving up to the assembly line / bar & kept texting we ended up just leaving.

Excellent food quality as usual but I had a food allergy. I warned them about my allergy. Nightshade and Aj handled absolutely perfect. Unbelievable amazing caring and polite staff working together. Clean floors and tables. Quiet zone for indoor eaters. Plenty of parking spaces. Well done guys.

I normally go in order their breakfast steak egg and cheese with avocado which is $2 extra and the total would come up to 10.99. I went in today order the same sandwich cost me over $15 my steak wasn’t warmed up but my eggs were. Over that last 6 months when their 2 best employees left. This place has crash hard. I will not be coming back especially since my sandwhich that I have been getting for over a year jumped up 5-6 dollars.

I ordered from door dash and can say that I’m very disappointed. The ingredients were just thrown on my sandwiches with 2-3 parts of the sandwich having a giant amount of green peppers or olives or even salt. You can no longer give special instructions so I can’t ask for light sauce or light green peppers. 1 star, I knew it was a mistake to order subway

One employee was expected to prepare ALL of the in-store and online orders. ONE employee. Not only was this causing massive wait times (fully 30 minutes from the time I stepped into the location to the time I left. No exaggeration) the employee, frankly, prepared every sandwich so tediously as to passively-aggressively communicate her discontent to the customers in-store. That said, I think management is 90% at fault in this case. I’ll make sure to avoid this location on Sundays, as this seems to be the day of the week when standards of service are, on average, lowest in Pocatello across the board. EDIT: My toasted flatbread sandwich was actually cold. Not lukewarm. Not room temperature. This is because of the time it took employee to sell me my finished sandwich while she was preparing other customers order.
