Unfortunately, my order was not made correctly, and when I called the store the staff refused to refund my money, despite the mistakes being on their end. Said it was not their problem that I was ordered by door dash and that is not true. I picked these items up.

We ordered on the app to pick up. Unfortunately they didn’t have everything we ordered. It was around noon on a weekend but they didn’t have their cookies baked yet, so they gave us chips. We didn’t really want chips and would have rather gotten a refund, but oh well. The workers were very friendly and the store was clean, though.

Ordered the Baja Steak and Jack sandwich – more lettuce than steak, and it was on stale, dry bread that felt like a week-old roll hard enough to be pulverized into bread crumbs. Really disappointing.

Terrible costumer service, they where out of everything. The guy helping me wouldn’t even talk he would just nod and point, and occasionally he would whisper. They wanted to charge us 5 dollars for 2 water cups. All around not a great experience and I do not recommend

Children in need of adult supervision. Talk about a mess. When we got there the location was busy mostly with middle-high school kids. Three employees were working. We waiting in line for our turn. The employee who was helping us was clearly young, I figured she was new which was totally fine so I prepared to be patient. She was very lost and I went slow repeating and prompting to help her. Another employee came up and called a friend over from a table and made her friend a sandwich ahead of us while we waited. Finally the young man who was working jumped in to help and apologized for the wait. Another group of kids came up behind us and the original girl started helping them. She ended up dumping a tray on the ground and all the kids screamed. The kids were incredibly disruptive and clearly friends with or related to the worker. I went to pay but the machine wouldn’t print a receipt and the kids were trying to look for ink to fill it. I explain that it’s a thermal printer and to switch the paper around. The Girl then told me she couldn’t give me a receipt now because she didn’t know how to print it and walked away. I stood there waiting for my order because she didn’t hand me the sandwiches and went over to visit with her friends instead. I finally got her attention and asked for the rest of my order. 100% unacceptable that there wasn’t some sort of adult here to referee the chaos. If this was my kid working here I would be very disappointed that this is how they act at work and that they didn’t receive proper training.
