was traveling by and stopped here for some lunch. Service was incredible super friendly. food was delicious. she made sure to get the yummy looking produce on my sandwich and threw out anything that looked even somewhat questionable.

When I arrived there was a line of 10 people. When the person in front of me went to order they informed her there was only 2 foot long white bread left and nothing else. When it was my turn there was only 1 footlong and one 6inch, they messed up my footlong and instead of replacing the items I didn’t want on the footlong, they threw it away. With there being no bread left I only purchased my 6inch. One of the girls was extremely sweet and apologized, the other seemed bothered. She also didn’t put more bread in to bake until after 3 more orders after me, then stating it would take 30-45 minutes. Do not recommend coming here if you can avoid it. Choose another food option.

If you want to go somewhere where you’re welcomed with a smiling hello, this is the place. The staff are kind and are genuine and make for a positive environment that goes well above and beyond simply making you a meal. Highly recommended!!

We have been there on Sundays. The servers are fast friendly and helpful. Orders to go were ready when people came to pickup.It was clean.Food was fresh.

This is your average small town Subway. They are locally owned so do not participate in national brand deals. The bathrooms each only having one stall would be hazardous on a busy day. Also, the only two non-carbonated drinks were marked out of order. I did see Gatorade bottles marked for individual sale, but cannot have energy drinks with my medications. It would have been nice to have some other drink options for someone with my health needs. The staff is very friendly. I found myself trying to befriend two of the cashiers. They are very sweet. I would like to go back for the service. I was also impressed that this location handles online orders.

I am So disappointed with this place. There were only children in there when I went. They don’t know what they’re doing. I don’t like the fact that they have the hood over the meat. The big thing when Subway opened was the fact that you could see everything as they made your sub. After getting home and eating my sub, the roll is stale. There is only 4 slices of meat. It’s really disappointing. I hear from others that the owner isn’t very friendly. She wasn’t there when I was. If you aren’t a people person, you have no business working with the public. I hope things get better. Otherwise I know many people that won’t go there anymore.

The rudest manager ever. Some loud Italian woman.. She was so loud, she was unkind, and heaven forbid she admit she was wrong. Her employees appeared timid and scared every time she came in the room, she did nothing to help them. She repeatedly pointed out in front of everyone if they did something wrong. People left the line with no sandwiches rather then stay and witness that.. Couple months ago I mobile ordered almost $50 on 6 sandwiches. They were literally out of the ingredients to make 2 of them. She knew before I got there. She had my number but did she bother to call me about any alternative? Nope. I ordered ahead for a reason. When I arrived order was not ready. I was like fine ill go next door and get fruit and drinks to go with. I came back still not ready. So I waited and I waited. Finally got my order and drove all the way back to Smoot where my family waited for their lunch almost 1.5 hrs, only to find out not one of my sandwiches was made to order. Not one. Not even the kids simplest 5 ingredient sandwich was made like we ordered it. Terrible. I will not go there again as long as she’s the manager. I sent an email to corporate office and I have not had one response.

I noticed a couple comments about the employees being rude. However, I had a wonderful experience today. It looks like they have at least new worker (just a guess based on the questions he/she asked). I’m sure they’ll learn quickly and help this become a very fine restaurant.
