Don’t waste your time here. Poor customer service and very unfriendly. When I was asking for specific toppings I received a very dirty and put out look from a lady with pink hair and no teeth. Then when my husband tried to be friendly and asked her how she was doing, she replied by saying “I’m living this nightmare!”.

I ordered 4 subs. The meatball had 2 very burnt , hard meatballs on it. The tuna did not have the cheese on it and half of the ingredients were not enough on the bread. The steak was missing the cheese and not very good. It was a very bad experience. Don’t plan on ordering from them any time in the near future.

While 2 of three of the servers were attentive, there were issues. They played with each other’s hair, were playing around with each other instead of focusing on the customers. Don’t know where the chip order went, but the shelves were empty, and most of the fountain drinks were ” out of order”. THE TABLES WERE ALL STICKY AND HAD CRUMBS. When brought to the attention of the staff, it was blown off, and we received snarky comments. They can do better. MUCH BETTER.

I read through a lot of the reviews and I am a bit surprised. A lot of reviews mention how rude the employees are but we had the exact opposite experience. Both girls working the counter were very nice and helpful. The food was good and served quickly. Thanks for the good service.

Terrible service. Terrible sandwich. Waited for 15 mins with one person in front of me. Cashier was on his cell phone while I stood waiting to pay. Bread is hard as rock and sandwich was thrown together. Place is joke. I will not go back.

Lunch time crowd the line was longand Subway was understaffed. One girl was cashiering and putting the accompaniments on sandwich threw my stuff on with attitude . Not a friendly place, I get they are understaffed. Who ever manages this place needs to come in and help! Won’t be coming to Green River Subway again. Who needs this. The guy making the bread and meat part was very pleasant and working his ass off
