First off,I like subway because it is one of the few healthier option for truck drivers. Today’s experience was an unpleasant one. The girl that was taking my wife’s order was obviously irritated we were there. She threw her head back in the air and sighed heavily at each request. And then proceeded with a snarky response to every question. If this subway doesn’t want my business, just say so and I’ll gladly go elsewhere.

Went in for a sandwich at 10::55. All the lights were on and there was a person behind the counter, but I wasn’t allowed to order. Instead I was told the couple standing in front of me waiting for their order was the last customer of the day and they were closed. I left disappointed and angry.

Very disappointed! Been on road all day in my truck, and am aware of general food hours to stock up for the evening. So I saw that they were open until midnight and checked 2 more sites to verify that time was correct. Long story short, I got there at 10:30 and they were locked down closed for at least a prior hour. Thanks for nothing. May have been a good thing, since place was filthy.

The customer service was very good and my order was done in a very timely manner. My only complaint is that many employees were not wearing their masks properly (noses uncovered, etc). It did not feel like a disregard for safety, however. More of just forgetfulness because they were busy. Otherwise, I was very pleased.
