I stopped in this afternoon to grab a footlong, and Maya was working behind the counter. She provided outstanding customer service—friendly, polite, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. She made the entire experience smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable from start to finish. Subway truly hit a home run when they hired her. A++ for Maya and the Subway team on BoxElder Road in Gillette, Wyoming. I’ll definitely be back!

This restaurant cannot handle online orders ever. They never toast their sandwiches when you ask and everytime I order extra ranch, I get none. I also asked for marinara and there was none. Whenever I eat at the restaurant they make the sandwich correct if you’re watching them, but the atmosphere is terrible. Always rushing you out of the dining room and always have chairs up so there’s nowhere to sit. Overall, terrible subway.

This is a horrible attempt at a subway. Charged for double meat and all it was was bread and veggie. And of course can’t get ahold of anyone to make it right. So pathetic hat businesses can operate under these sorts of pretenses and never have to answer for anything they do. 30 years of eating subway and this is the worst one I have been to in this country from Florida to Washington state.

I placed an order online today. 2 footlong sandwiches. The receipt was on the bag, listing exactly how I ordered them. When I got them home, I realized both of them were made incorrectly. Both were not on the bread I ordered and both were missing toppings and dressing.. very disappointing.

I can’t say enough good things about this Subway! My husband and I were helped by Robert Dolton and Gabe, who truly live up to the title of “Sandwich Artists.” They prepared our sandwiches with the utmost care and attention, ensuring everything was just right. On top of that, their politeness and excellent customer service skills made the experience even better.
By far, this is my favorite Subway in all of the United States—and it’s right here in lil’ ol’ Wyoming! Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

Got into town at 9:20 p.m., and the wife wanted Subway. The young lady told us the toaster was not available, which was fine with us as we wanted cold sandwiches. The wife sandwich was a 6″ spicy Italian on wheat, and she used a piece that was broken. My sandwich was a 6″ beast on white. Well, the wife got hers correct mine I received a Philly steak and cheese. It was late, but I even tipped her. Glad we are only staying the night and do not live here.

This place is a bit of a disaster. You order through the drive thru and sit at the window for 15 minutes just to be asked what sandwich you got lol. Good luck. This happens near every time but today was a bit much. Owner needs to get involved.
