Staff was unfriendly and cold, place looked a mess, and they made my sub wrong. I was on the phone and didn’t check the order, which I suppose is my fault for thinking they could follow simple instructions. I asked for extra sauce and they gave me no sauce on meatball marinara. I even left a tip for them to be nice. I would just avoid this place. There are several other subways in town, just go to one of those.

Ordered from this location on doordash and I’m convinced no one that works there can read. Cannot follow extremely easy and written out instructions. They didn’t toast my sandwich, left off a handful of things I asked for and just delivered a very mediocre sandwich. Great job

How does Subway on 2nd street run out of roast beef AND cookies. Online order is a waste of time if one still has to wait for an alternative sandwich. Not my first negative experience. It shall be my last. If beef is too expensive to keep stocked, take it off the menu. This establishment shall not be recommended, EVER!

You’ve got the blonde girl who’s doing her best making 3 sandwiches at a time while you got the Mexican girl talking to the girl with the neck tattoo about stuff that has nothing to do with work while my sandwich and another customers sandwich just sits on the counter getting cold again. My sandwich only got finished when I said something. Owner needs to sell since they don’t know how to manage their employees

If you want a messy sandwich drenched in sauce and complementary hair, then this is the place. Opened my sandwich and it was basically torn apart and it looked as if they just threw the veggies on top of the sandwich. Would not recommend this place.

I watched the 2 younger guys wear the same gloves and literally touched everything with them including money, and then touch food after touching money. I stopped the one after he was done touching the previous customers money and had him change his gloves. So gross. I’m not sure how long they had been doing that before I got there.

I visited this Subway last Saturday. I got home and realized the next day, the cashier took an unauthorized tip for herself off my debit card. This angered me, and I contacted the manager and asked for the unauthorized tip back, and informed her, this is stealing from her customers. I was promised my tip money back and have yet to see it returned to my bank account. I will be contacting corporate over this matter It’s not about the money, it’s about doing what’s right. Since the manager and General manager refuse to take care of this, I think it’s important for people to know that Subway is condoning theft by their employees who decide to steal a tip from our cards.
