The food was good as usual but yet every time I go in I get ignored for the first 2 minutes by the one female wonder. I walked in and said hello. She didn’t even look up and just felt sweeping. There was no one else in there so it’s not like she was busy. Just wish I had a more friendly experience every time I went in.

My family and I had lunch here on Sunday, 11.3.2024, I ordered #30 the Beast, and the turkey on my sub smelled spoiled and tasted off. I went up and informed the lady preparing the sandwiches about this issue. I didn’t receive an apology, and they didn’t even acknowledge that there was or could be an issue. I understand that sometimes things can be overlooked and mistakes happen, and I’m not normally one to complain or leave bad reviews. However, I think that they should have apologized and taken the turkey meat out and at least checked it instead of just dismissing my complaint. I was very disappointed at how this situation was handled.

Please tell the girl who works the evening shift to take her damn AirPods off. Every single time I come into the store while she’s on the clock, she never hears a word I say and I always have to repeat myself. Ironically I speak loud on daily basis. It’s honestly frustrating. Here’s my receipt number in case a manager or someone can identify her.

Horrible! Arrived for my pickup order which was paid for and, after being ignored for a full couple minutes, was told they never got the order. Ishowed her my confirmation and asked her what I should do, no advice. No manager, no help, no number to call for help. Simply bad customer service and very rude about it. Went into the app to find they had canceled my order and I won’t get my money back for a week. Apparently a 4 sub order was too much effort. Extremely unprofessional. I won’t be back.

I went to get a sandwich today, and I think the persons name was Jen. The food was made fast and accurately. Jen also had great customer service skills and was very friendly. The inside was also clean, all the other subways I have been to are nasty.

So slow. I wanted to eat something for my lunch hour, and thought subway might be nice. It was awful, by the time I got my food I had to head back to work. Went to eat at my desk, and big surprise, my sub was horrible. The meat tasted almost spoiled, the cheese was dry and weird, and the bread was beyond stale.
There are so many options for lunch around here… save your time and try elsewhere.

I ordered ahead on the app and arrived about 20 minutes later. They said it wasn’t ready yet so I stood outside the line and watched as they proceeded to make the orders of everyone who came in after me until there was no one left and they finally decided to work on my order, about 50 minutes after the order was originally placed. Then they told me they just ran out of the supplies for one of my subs on the last order they made and tried to charge me extra to replace it with a sub that cost roughly $0.50 more and I had been waiting for an entire our to get 2 subs. Never going to this subway again.

There is a lot of people complaining about this place for no reason. The place is great and so are the workers, they are more layed back and that pisses some people off for no reason. It is across the street from a college dorm, and it is the perfect place to relax and complain to the person on the other side of a counter. I love this place.
