It’s Subway… so the food is the food, but we all know there are great/good locations and there are those that took their business model from the slowest, most incompetent DMV or post office you’ve ever visited (not to say all DMV’s and post offices are bad, but you know what I mean).
Admittedly, it was slow when I went in, but it was clean and the employee who served me was attentive, engaged and even curious about my weird order (BMT, turkey instead of ham, toasted with pepperoni on top for the toasting). This used to be a sandwich on the menu, but it’s been 5+ years and I’ve had a wide variety of experiences trying to order it since then. This server made it just the way I asked him to and seemed perfectly happy to do it. I didn’t get his name, but I was there on 4.OCT.2025 around 1:00 or 1:30, I think.

Our sandwich artist Brooke had awesome customer service this evening. The store was clean, there was one customer dining in as we were ordering our sandwiches, which were amazing! She even helped me realize I had been ordering the wrong sub (I’ve only been a few times since the menu was revamped) the past few times I had been in and told me it’s new name to save me from seeming like a super picky eater to future sandwich artists.

My son’s and I came in to have lunch today and had the absolute pleasure to be greeted and taken care of by Maddie! I can rave all day about Maddie’s amazing TOP NOTCH customer service and the amazing job she did creating our selected sandwiches! In this day and age you just don’t get the customer service that I received today with Maddie! I’m not sure if she is a manager already (I wouldn’t be surprised if so) but if she isn’t, Subway would be very wise to ensure to keep this exceptional woman and make her a manager if she isn’t already one! She is an amazing asset! The restaurant was clean and just good vibes as Maddie made sure to greet us with her beautiful smile and every other customer that came in after. Thank you Maddie for being the change this world needs and providing the great customer service you did today!!

After dealing with two employees who seemed more interested in tweaking out than to make a sandwich they finished off the terrible experience with “wrapping” this wrap up. After arguing about what we wanted to put on our sandwiches and forgetting what we ordered so we could pay and leave (even though we were the only customers in there) they topped it off with walking away before even giving us our drink cups. This is the second time I’ve been treated poorly in the last couple weeks there and I would rather drive across town than to give them any time. Especially when they prioritize online orders over helping customers in the store. If I could give this no stars I would. Equivalent to the amount of able bodied workers in this location.

Probably worst experience I have ever had with subway. Ordered my sandwich through door dash and it was supposed to be blt came as a bmt I called the store and they said it was their printer and that’s how it was made . Spinach super soggy, and all around just horrible customer service

Kinda upset I did not catch the two gentleman working name I know one said he was the manager but I had a bad experience with bad sanitation at a Subway in a pilot( I know my own fault closest one to my job) but I wanted Subway so bad and when I walked in there was a few people in front of me but immediately the guy working greeted me and apologized for the wait and was finishing another customers order and he was busting his but trying to make sure everyone got their order the presentation of the sandwich could’ve been better but even while waiting they were talking to me very welcoming the both were explaining how tired they were and they we’re doing an amazing job both definitely showed a little passion in their jobs which is rare these days ate my sandwich in store and it was clean food was great.

I don’t know if this place is under new management recently but it seems to be going downhill. This is the second time in a row I’ve ordered and paid online only to be met when I walked in with being told they were out of ingredients for my sandwiches. Last time it was roast beef and black olives. This time it was meatballs. Was only offered to substitute steak on my “boss” sandwich. I get it happens every now and then but talking to the server last trip they let go that it was a pretty normal thing now.

Most uncomfortable visit I’ve ever had at any fast food place, as the workers were talking about kids/people crossing the street and getting hit by cars, and one worker decided to say we have to many children in Wyoming anyways. Both workers were disrespectful and very unprofessional.
