My wife went into the central location to pick us up some lunch. My sandwich was completely wrong. When I called and spoke to the manager, who made my sandwich btw. I told her that my sandwich was wrong and it had guacamole on it. She proceeded to say that my wife asked for guacamole on it which she didn’t not. She was very rude. I will never be back to this subway. Go to the one on south Greeley instead. Much better staff and they aren’t rude.

Good and fast cooking. You can choose several sandwich options, you can assemble your own by choosing a bun, its size and filling. Very friendly staff. The room itself is always clean and tidy, the visitors behave adequately and in general from the place is a great experience. The only thing that is confusing is not always fresh bun. In other words, it is normal, but it could have been better. That is why 4.

I placed an online order for pickup at the Central Ave location, scheduled for 4:35 PM. I arrived a few minutes early and waited in line behind a family of four. Once I got to the counter, the employee told me they didn’t have an order under my name. I showed him my phone confirming the order was placed at that exact location — and instead of helping, he acted like I was the one who didn’t know what I was doing.
My guess is that he canceled the order because he was working alone, but instead of just being honest or helpful, he made the situation feel like my mistake. I wasn’t about to argue with someone who clearly didn’t want to help, so I left. Poor customer service, dismissive attitude. one star.

Unfortunately I didn’t catch his name, but the gentleman who took my order today at about 3:45 was absolutely amazing. We just left the Lincolnway store because the worker had the most sour attitude ever. We will definitely be coming back in hopes to run into him again. Great attitude and very friendly. Our food looks absolutely perfect. Thank you 🙂
