This place has horrible customer service. They don’t greet you, engage or respect. They don’t speak English well and they are rude, they refused to put what I asked for in the sandwich and they charged me for things I didn’t even get and drinks? and their ice wasn’t working, bad service, will never eat here again -I got food poisoned too. Save your money folks go elsewhere! ITS A NO FROM ME.

Went in with my family, when we walked in I saw Employee Mary speaking Spanish with her co worker… there were people behind us and Mary refused to help us. Mary helped my mom(who was the last one to order) and my mom doesn’t speak very much English so and this unprofessional very distasteful human being named MARY refused to let my mom order in Spanish she said she didn’t speak Spanish.I was beyond angry. I definitely never want to eat here again unless she stops working here.

The food was OK when we finally received it. However, an employee named “Mary” made that very difficult. My girlfriend ordered a sandwich online. We picked it up. It was the wrong sandwich. We asked for subway to remake the sandwich. Mary said it wasn’t her problem, and refused to make us a new sandwich. Actually, she took the old sandwich we were given and began to throw new ingredients on top of it. She then called the manager who must have set her straight because she finally (out of utter spite) re made the sandwich. My suggestion to management is that Mary is better off mopping the floors than in food service. We will be avoiding this subway during this time of the week from here on out.

This is America, get people that speak English as well. Pointing at the food I want is stupid, and then trying to tell them what I want five to ten times just isn’t worth my time. I’ve got better things to do than sound like a dumbass, and always having crumbs and lettuce on my table when I’m trying to eat from previous customers isn’t disgusting. It’s like they’re trying to get closed. Generally not a clean place and bad service. The only good service employee was a man named Carlos and he is no longer there and after some looking around I found out he got fired for not missing a day for trying to join The Few The Proud, Marines. Disrespectful.

Wow this place is horrible. Rude and can’t follow basic directions. After a full on argument. I had to walk out and leave. I guess it’s hard to find good help. Won’t be going back.

Although they advertise that everything is fresh I believe only the tomatoes are freshly sliced. The vegetables are not cold and crisp so I was served a room temperature limp salad

I’m sorry, but I’m so sick and tired of going into this store and not having 1 person who even remotely speaks English not too mention that whenever another Mexican walks in behind you they get service before you. We live in AMERICA not Mexico….. keep that in mind!
